Fabulous building close to Brook Green with many place to eat and drink nearby. A quiet haven, ideal for events at The Shepherds Bysh Empire or Bush Hall
The hotel was welcoming and historic, but with all the modern amenities. The room was small, but beautifully decorated. We had a large TV, large bed. We also had a good sized desk. The underfloor heating in the bathroom was also a plus. The only downsides were the small wardrobe and being on the ground floor as the restaurant & bar guests could see into our room. The bed was very comfy. The breakfast option was poor however. Only having a continental breakfast was a let down and so we went out for breakfast. Overall, would stay again.
Both the exterior and interior are absolutely beautiful. Staff are extremely warm and helpful. The food in the restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced for london; they were also accommodating for allergies. Despite it being so central, all we could hear overnight and in the morning was birdsong! The room seemed clean, apart from a very questionable patch of dried liquid on the chair, and some milk past its best in the fridge. Overall a lovely stay
First of all the building is beautiful. Very clean and appealing. We enjoy bourbon, so of course, we choose this hotel every time we are in London. It's a short walk from Hammersmith station, so convenient for everything on the Piccadilly line, including the airport. Bar staff super knowledgeable and friendly. I came home and tried to make the Queen Bee cocktail. It tasted nothing like they made it. Great experience and highly recommend.
Great hotel, very nice bar and restaurant in the hotel as well. The only thing I’d say is that it’s not ideal for tourists visiting London as it is far from everything and would require multiple trains to get there.
This place was excellent a little gem I’m so happy I stayed there the service and courtesy of the staff and the professionalism they showed was exceptional. I will be using them again for sure.
