The room was very good, spacious, clean and with perfect temperature. The staff is friendly and present 24/7.
Can get a little noisy in the night as rooms are closer but nothing problematic.
All in all a great place to stay.
Very close to the bus stop, train station and other restaurants.

We loved that it was unique. Loved the Christmas Decorations. And our room was toasty
Wanted a hotel near the smallest pub in the world, the Dove, down the street. St. Pauls was comfortable, old school, with really nice people. The restaurant is a little weak, but hey, it is England. I think that, if you want to be in Hammersmith, you can't do much better. Decent value; would go back .
Saw it was nearby to the Lyric Hammersmith so I booked. So glad I did. Very beautiful room with perfect amenities. Desk staff were helpful in answering questions, lending a charger and amending my tea time reservation as plans changed. Would stay again if going to the area.
Second time staying here this year and again it didn’t disappoint. Didn’t get as great a room as before but it was large for London and spotless apart from the carpet.
The staff are lovely and the bar excellent. It is the best value for money hotel I’ve stayed in London, would highly recommend.
I was really disappointed with my stay at St Paul’s from the start. The staff were unfriendly to the point of rude. The hotel carpets throughout were grubby. There was no milk in the room for a hot drink. There was no hot water for a shower because there was an apparent issue with the boiler. Nobody informed us of this and when I complained about the inconvenience and requested to speak to management I was denied the opportunity. No gesture of good will was offered either. I would never stay at the hotel again or any of their other branches. It felt like once they had your money they couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. It felt sad because it’s such a lovely building from the outside with potential to be a lovely hotel, but only a change of management would make it appealing.
My daughter and I had a few nights stay and were very pleased with our room and the service we got. Rooms are very clean and maintained to good standard. Getting robes and slippers when asked for was a nice bonus. A couple of stations were close enough short walking distance to get around. Lovely building which they had nicely decorated for Christmas. It is next to a road which could be heard at times but didn’t feel it took over too much. The only negatives which you get in most places I’m sure is banging doors around morning times. I also wish hotels would take on the initiative to have women’s sanitary products for emergencies. They have other bathroom items but don’t seem to recognise that this is a big deal when it’s needed. I hope more hotels start taking notice of this, especially when you are paying more. All in all this was one of the nicest places I’ve stayed and would like to give praise to the all the staff. They make all the difference
This is a delightful hotel and so NOT typical "London". The room was beautifully clean, the breakfast was very good, and the staff very welcoming.
The only very minor criticism, the front desk is only manned by one member of staff. We had a couple in front of us who took a long time to be checked in ( and the desk is by an auto door that keeps opening - the staff must be freezing!), and on checking out the desk was unmanned for a few minutes. That said the lady who served us was excellent. Very pleasant and really helpful.
We would happily stay again.
