Nice hotel in good location but requires some upgrading in the bedrooms/bathrooms to make it a 4star - stains/spillages on walls not cleaned, build up of limescale on shower head and grime build up on shower curtain! Hairdryer outdated and overheats in hand! However very friendly and helpful staff and has the potential to be a great hotel standards of decor and detail upgraded and improved!

Hotel was clean, checkin was easy, although I hadn’t realised that there were 2 separate blocks which was unnerving when I arrived for a late checkin. The hotel is clean and comfortable but is quite dated. We were there on a very windy night and the windows whistled and rattled. Hotel is in a good location close to the tube and good bus routes.

Great value for money stay. Easy to get into West End and walk locally to Kings Rd for plenty of restaurants. Very convenient. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend. I used Expedia to book but I think I’d go direct to hotel website next time.

Good place to stay and I would use this hotel again. Because it is part of Stamford Bridge stadium the security felt very good. Only negative was the elevators, which were a little temperamental/slow to service the floors.

All good, pretty much matched expectations of a standard UK 4 star for a short stay. Clean and well priced given the location Only negatives were a complete lack of plug sockets (3) in a double room, all of which were well away from the beds. Not exactly convenient when everyone now has a mobile phone, iPad, laptop etc… Bring an extension lead! Also, air con couldn't be turned off but the reality is this is the same in most hotels. Furthermore, when I paid via contactless/Apple Pay it appeared to go to the ‘Chelsea Cake Company’… I noticed this immediately and highlighted it to staff who took details etc. I don’t think this is a hotel fault, more a banking fault, but staff appeared to handle it all immediately

Staying whilst we took a trip to Myrtle restuarant which is nearby. Everyone very friendly with a smile. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast too. Really good.

Staff very friendly and helpful . Was giving free upgrades to the club room, the room was great bigger than the one I had in my previous stay but it was right at train line. We could hear the train every time it passed and on Saturday morning there was some construction work going on around 9 am.
