Very nice and safe location. The staff were great especially Yuri and Amira at the front desk. The room was large enough but many things didn’t work good or worked at all such as the AC in our room. We liked it well enough to stay there again.

The property needs some updates-- drainage in the bathroom sink, television screens not showing pictures clearly. We had mainly do not disturb sign, but the days we didn't, I am not sure if the room was "cleaned" up effectively-- the garbage didn't come out, the shower gel (3 of us shared the room) was not refilled and etc. Besides the actual property, the location is great-- close to the underground train station, bus line and other restaurants in the area.

Overall a nice hotel and good location in a quiet neighbourhood. The only negative thing was that they didn’t fill up the coffee and tea in the room, you have to ask for it. Also they didn’t wash up the cups. But if you see they are gone surely you understand the guest want some coffee and clean cups for the next day.

Very friendly and helpful reception and bar staff. Attractive interior and communal spaces, but the room (309) was a real disappointment - mainly because of the hideous brown and green colour scheme with 70s decor, including garish mustard curtains and peeling wallpaper. Things like a fingernail left on sofa, a scolding hot shower difficult to adjust, and tired furniture did not add up to the experience I’d hoped it would be in such a prestigious area (on site of Chelsea FC). Just some refurbishment on key areas would make all the difference.

We thought the hotel room was very good. The bar was expensive at £18.37 for a beer and a gin and tonic and we were a bit disappointed that we never got replacement coffee, water and milk in our room for the second day. Parking was very secure and easy, although at £36 a day, I thought was very expensive again. To be honest though, we will use the hotel again, it is a good hotel and I may just be showing my age when I'm moaning about cost.

Not the most friendliest of check ins. Got to rooms to find my friends card didn’t work so had to go back to reception (which is in a different building) to re check in. I had an upgrade … better view of cfc I think. My friend got no upgrade. Her view was bins hence why we think this was the upgrade . Although the windows were that filthy. It wasn’t worth looking out. Room looked tired and worn. Touch up paint on walls. Skirting boards needs repainting. Bed comfy . Pulled out bedside unit to look for a plug. No plug socket but dust and filth , not been cleaned in a long while! Bathroom ok a few black hairs on side of bath and on floor. I’m blonde so not my hairs! Overall basic accommodation if you just in and out like we were however cleanliness needs addressing!

The Stamford Bridge hotel was what we expected, it was clean, well presented, a little dated, but no worse than most hotels we've stayed in, but what was excellent was the level of customer care that we received, the duty manager Neal went above and beyond with making us as comfortable as possible.
