Poor info from staff at checkin- did not make clear which building we had to go in! View of a wall. Poorly lit. Hairdryer didn’t work, leaking water from sink into bathroom floor. Cleaner walked in on us at 9am (midday checkout!) Pretty rubbish! I see why it’s cheap now!

We had a good stay at the Millenium and my only criticism is that the bathroom is looking very tired and needs an urgent make over to be able to command London hotel prices

Best in town!
As a last minute booking this was one of our best stays. The hotel was so convenient for all our needs. On site parking we could use before we checked in. With excellent accessibility from all levels and a great sized room with all wheelchair enabled facilities this made our stay a dream. The location near a wheelchair enabled tube station meant we could get into the city and travel about and the buses were just as close for a cheeky shop in Harrods. The staff including the security and gate staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful. It felt like a home from home. We can’t wait to stay again. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. Standard tea coffee and biscuits supplied. We did not eat on site but the menu and Frankie’s bar looked very good and we will probably take the opportunity next time. The hotel takes pride in itself and Chelsea football.

It was a place to sleep
We were told we had afree upgrade but when we got to the room, we could not figure out what the actual upgrade was so not worth paying for that haha. My husband asked the front desk for more tea bags and they said they would bring it up but the never brought them. The room smelt like stale smoke upon entry and was in need to somw repair and upgrade.

A very unsafe experience as a female guest travelling alone. Was placed in a room in another building, next door to men smoking/ lots of loud shouting and doors banging. One of them followed me into the lift in the middle of the night exhibiting threatening behaviour. No staff around in the building meaning walking in the dark to the main building to find security & request assistance.

Hotel is in two parts, staff were just like robots, not time for you, the room was ok, but then i noticed flys whilst trying to work, the Bathroom had 30+ lots dead, so it wasn't from a window been open, told receptionist and they weren't bothered

Property is nicely decorated, breakfast buffet was really good. Unfortunately, the staff was lacklustre, were very slow to address a significant concern we had with our room. The area is fantastic. I really wanted to love this place, but the lack of response from staff really spoiled what could be an excellent stay

Hotel was good. I just went for a couple of days to see the football. The only suggestion I would make is to have a walk in shower instead of a bath. I had no problem but an elderly couple might have problems getting in and out of the bath

Situated next to Chelsea FC and lots of walkable dining and entertainment options. The hotel has no gym, no pool and limited AC outside of the main atrium. It is adequate as a result, not great.
