Didn’t like the old soiled crumpled up lamp shade on bedside table. Didn’t like the no microwave or fridge in room. Towels are old off colored & a but ratty. Telephone in room did not work for our 9 days there. Had to dress, elevator ourselves down to Reception if we had a question. Staff tried but no urgency or pride in product delivery. Pity, great location.

We have stayed here several times and really like the hotel. This time the room was good but the bathroom looks a bit tired the sink had a crack in it. Just looks like it needs an overhaul.

Excellent hotel. Would highly recommend. Great value for money. Easy transport into town by bus (no 14) or tube. Bed and sofa bed very comfy. Quite as set back from road. Security staff went over and above what I would expect (who are there for ground security for the club). 5 stars.

We felt very safe here with the 24 hour security guards. It is a very busy area being it is attached to the Chelsea stadium, but it was great. Staff was very nice and attentive, lots of shops and restaurants within reasonable walking distances, the tube is a very close walk to access, the weather was great so there were lots of people enjoying themselves... the entire experience was just a great one and we would stay here again when we return, because we will be coming back!

I asked for an upgrade as it was a treat for my son. They gave us a club room. This is very basic so not sure what we would have had. The bed is very comfortable and room clean but they could do with new towels. They looked old.
