We arrived early but were willing to wait to check in. The front desk staff saw how tired we were and checked us in early. It was lovely and relaxing. The restaurant was divine! The food was amazing! Thanks so much to all the Sunborn staff for making out stay relaxing and wonderful!

Its a boat....so not exactly Luxury
Ac not good, but its a boat, a room with balcony for air would have been better,they do have them, porthole doesn't open. Service in the bar not particularly good the bar food was overpriced for its quality and quantity. However breakfast was very god as was the service in the restaurant in the morning..Overall not bad.

This is a great place to stay that is ideally located for the Excel centre, BUT there are a few cleanliness and maintanence issues that are overlooked by them

Great location and a great experience
Great location for the event we attended at the excel great welcome from the staff. Room was clean and a great size. Breakfast wasn’t the worst I’ve eaten but I’ve definitely had better buffet breakfasts the view of the river was nice at night and overall good value for money Smart tvs in the room wouldn’t connect to the WiFi and the WiFi kept dropping out when using it on my phone

5 star location, maybe 3 star experience
great location, sense of occasion being on a ship, great view over the Royal Victoria Dock. Room quiet and reasonably comfortable and due to location , felt less like being in the city despite being within walking distance of city life. Did not try bar or evening restaurant but had breakfast which was OK.

Very friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable bed, very good breakfast but room was uninhabitable - far too hot, aircon not working. Eventually moved to alternate room but still very warm (24c) needed fan in room to move air around. Poor night's sleep
