This was a last minute booking that was in a convenient location for a party nearby. I'm so glad I booked - the hotel has such a lovely feel to it, the staff were friendly, and the room (the smaller style of this available) was lovely. The bedding and pillows were so soft, the view from the window was lovely, and there were really nice touches in the room, such as a hand steamer which came in so handy for sorting out my travel wrinkled clothes!

Not a great experience

Started strong, but quickly went downhill. The initial welcome was warm, but unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t live up to it. The room was just okay—nothing special. Any time I asked for assistance at reception, it felt like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. The biggest letdown was the rooftop birthday dinner. Service was shockingly poor—after waiting around 15 minutes for a simple glass of water, I only received it after asking for the third time. Overall, a disappointing experience that fell far short of expectations

Urban hipster vibes, a small but adequate room close to our daughter’s flat and transportation options. We had a nice last-minute dinner in the attached restaurant, and the staff were helpful dealing with a few wrinkles. Surprisingly quiet room with amazing darkening curtains for sound sleep!

Rooms size ok but lacked warmth and coziness. Cool vibe to the place but was extremely disappointed that all the shampoo, conditioner and body products I came to use in the morning were empty when I needed them, leaving me a packet on nuts on my bed didn’t really hit the spot when this is something that should be checked every day.
