A great place to stay
The room was very clean and the location is the best you can ask.Next to underground in a very nice area, with Tesco, Starbucks across the road. The only drawback is that the bath tube is high and it becomes a little bit risky to get in and specially to get out.Children faced a little bit problem. Overall is a great place to stay.

Do not be fooled by the pictures and location of this hotel. Question the room and bed size when you make a reservation. Although I booked a room for 3 people with my wife and 6-year-old daughter, they gave me an extremely small room and insufficient bed. When they asked for a bed for my daughter, they asked for an extra charge again. They certainly did not behave in a solution-finding and helpful manner. Also it was very noisy room. İ mean ; be away from this hotel

This is the only hotel I stay at when visiting London. Are there other hotels? Yes. But, where else will you get such service and the convenience cannot be beat. The staff is wonderful and the hotel is very comfortable and more importantly in a safe area.

Odd welcome to a nice hotel
The hotel tries very hard to look upmarket. There are plenty of people standing around reception but with our large case, no one offered to help. Two people to open the door? Overkill. On check-in I was with my wife and honestly, there was an attempt to embarrass me into upgrading the room. Quoting room and bed sizes to us in an effort to upsell? I know what we booked. I know where I’m staying. Don’t speak to me like that in front of my wife (who booked the room!) If you’re ashamed of your room sizes, maybe don’t have small rooms? Nice location, pleasantly decorated. Just try not to sneer at people when they come and pay to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location could not be beat. We were walking distance from so many great sights in London and if we needed to go further the tube was quite literally at our front door.
