This hotel is going to be our regular place to stay whenever we come to London! Clearly the management know how to do things right. We stayed in a luxury delux room and we found it great value for the price. Little things like high quality of towels and tissues to beautiful decor of rooms, free water in the room, ironing board and irons etc and then the big things, amazing location right next to London Tube and loads of restaurants and cafes around. Absolute slam dunk.

My daughter and I stayed here for our girls trip to London. It was in the perfect neighborhood, with immediate access to the subway and various shops and restaurants. The hotel has a bar and restaurant! I paid for early check-in and to upgrade my room. However, we needed to switch rooms because the deadbolt in our room was broken, and the locks are currently being updated. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The hotel itself is dated but very clean and comfortable. For US folk, they also provide washcloths, which was a plus because we forgot ours. I would definitely stay here again!

The Bailey’s is in a more residential, quiet section of London, making it very nice to come home to after a busy day. The tube is just across the street making it very convenient to get anywhere. Lots of great cafes and restaurants nearby. Staff was terrific.

Beware, make sure to check charges

When we checked in we were told our room was ready. We were happy with this but were not told that they would charge a 40 pound charge for early check in, even though we had not requested early check in and were not informed. Hotel refused to reverse charge. On another topic, the bed was comfortable, the room was tiny and the bathroom had no plug-ins for hair care items.

Beautiful hotel, with very friendly staff. Our room got cleaned everyday and was cozy. The location was also a plus as the metro was across the street making it easy to get around London. There were also many food options that were walkable.

My new favorite hotel for this area of London. The Bailey's was a really pleasant surprise. Very nice, upscale feeling but at an affordable price (at least in January). - Pleasant, helpful staff - very clean, quite large and comfortable rooms (more U.S. size than typical European size rooms as a reference) - a nice bar and restaurant - a small but decent enough exercise room - neighborhood with with a ton of pubs and restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, etc. surrounding the hotel - super convenient to be right across the street from the tube, so easy to get around the city I'll definitely go back the next time I need to stay in this part of London.

Very convenient location right infront of the subway station , the room i was staying was not a great one, dark and looking at the shaft which was not clean. AC was noisy , an empty mini bar , weak amenities but overall its a good hotel for couple of days..
