The staff members were the highlight of this place. They were so friendly and helpful. Every single one of them were like this. It never my stay so much better. The room was clean, spacious and exactly as pictured. Location is also convenient to stations and very walkable. It's very quiet and peaceful allowing for a good night's sleep. Wonderful stay and will definitely come again.

We had a very enjoyable stay. Lovely bar, breakfast food was outstanding. Rooms were clean and service was great. We would definitely go back. We enjoyed using the little gym each day, the easy to walk everywhere was great. Buckingham palace was .5 miles which was an easy walk. Victoria train station was .5 easy walk with luggage. We loved it.

Overall a great experience but we stayed there 7 nights and I don't believe that the sheets were changed but in fairness I never asked. The complimentary water in the refrigerator was never restocked. I would definitely recommend the hotel though!

Very nice boutique hotel in a quiet area in Pimlico. The hotel is nicely decorated and is clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and my room was fantastic. I even had my own balcony! It’s a short walk to the Pimlico tube station which is also a bonus. More food and shopping options in the area would make it a more desirable location, but the property itself is a great place to stay.

I stayed during the Tube strike, which made the area around Pimlico less accessible, and less convenient for seeing the sights around London, but the hotel was quite nice, the staff is wonderful, and there are lots of terrific places nearby for dining.

Rooms a bit small but well laid out with everything you need/want! Would absolutely stay here again no question! Excellent value…loved the location. Great restaurants close by. I am well travelled and somewhat fussy!
