Friendly, helpful staff on site. Bright and clean accommodation. Well placed for public transit. Tower Bridge iand the Shard within walking distance. Excellent breakfast with a large selection of fresh fruit, juice, hot and ready eggs, bacon, hasbrowns, beans, omelettes available, cereals, breads, muffins, croissants, yogurt, cappuccino. The room can get too warm even when adjusting the thermostat so that made it less comfortable especially at night but there were nights during our stay when the weather was cooler. But the convenience of having a grocery store in front of the hotel , plenty of dining places , and a quick walk to and from the London Bridge station made our stay i this hotel worth our while . Also staff is very accommodating , respectful and helpful .

Okay overall, small improvements needed.

Overall an okay stay. Room needs some TLC. Unfinished paint on walls, a bit grubby and worn in places and loose fittings. No ventilation when the shower is on, and no way of opening a window for fresh air. Bed was very comfortable and the room was a very good size. We are not the complaining type and for the amount of time in the room it was fine. Just those few areas would make it a more pleasant stay. However I would consider staying again in the future.
