All the staff was courteous, friendly and extremely helpful. The front desk personnel and the concierge went above and beyond to arrange excursions, transportation and give directions. The doormen were always cheerful and there to assist. The breakfast staff made the mornings a joy. I would not stay anywhere else in London.

Beautiful cosy hotel

Beautifully decorated hotels. The 'cosy' rooms are quite dark and small so please reset your expectations. Nevertheless, the common area eg reception and bars were a highlight - luxurious yet cosy and the small touches eg mulled wine, jazz nights made up for the small rooms. The quality of the breakfast could be better, but I guess acceptable for London standard.

Excellent hotel with great amenties and a very cleanly property. The staff were friendly and attentive. A block walk from the tube stop and a short walk into Soho for plenty of dining, drinking and shopping options.

What makes the Bloomsbury so special are the employees, from concierge to check in to room service to bar and restaurant. Everyone is kind and helpful. The location is great for Holborn, SoHo, and Covent Garden and a short walk to Elizabeth Line for Heathrow. The bed is super comfy and the room a nice size (I had King Size)

I do not recommend. They include fictitious It is a nice property but the staff is dishonest. They added fictitious bar and breakfast charges to my hotel bill. I pointed out to hotel staff and was assured the charges would be removed. They were not removed. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. The hotel provided a bar tab with someone else’s signature. The signature had different initials than my own and in no way matched my check in signature. I called the hotel, but phone number was only for reservations. Avoid the hassle.

Great service from all the team

In the main really great service from all team, nice facilities and good location for Soho. When we arrived there was a delay in our room being ready but we were given vouchers for cocktails while we waited. Breakfast was pretty average.

Amazing stay

John was very attentive in the coral bar, as was every member of staff. We received a surprise bottle of fizz, sweets and macaroons with a lovely note congratulating us on our silver wedding. The room was well equipped and very comfortable.

It’s convenient and the staff are good. Classic room with a King bed is completely fine. The mattress is a bit soft if you prefer a hard mattress (which I do) but acceptable. There is milk in the room. The Coral room is mostly people having cocktails and but the bar staff are great and were quite happy to make us a cup of tea. Which if you don’t like the music you can drink in a pleasant room opposite reception that almost nobody seems to use.

Fabulous hotel with great amenities

The experience at this hotel was amazing Super welcoming, every one very polite and helpful It was my birthday and they surprised me with a lovely bottle and luxury biscuits - such a nice treat The room was upgraded, bed spacious and very comfortable Hotel itself very luxurious and smelt fresh Def recommend and would stay again Esp as location is great - easy to walk to where we wanted to go and not far from Euston so economical to get an uber v tube

Perfect location

Superb experience from start to finish. The hotel is in an ideal location for shopping as it’s only a few minutes to Oxford Street. It’s fairly quiet so you’re not disturbed. It’s stylishly decorated & furnished & the bar was beautiful. Our room was quite small so I’d go for a deluxe option next time, but I’d definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful hotel, the cleaning service was superb, and the staff attentiveness was amazing. Very conveniently located, it was easy to walk to any must-see spots.

I appreciated the style of the building and the staff were friendly. The dining experience was quite pleasant. Unfortunately, I had issues with the room. It was nothing special and awkwardly laid out, but the real issue was a rather alarming stain I discovered after staying the first night. Staff responded quickly and moved me to another room, but my stay was unfortunately tainted, to say the least, by the experience. I would have appreciated further recompense for the disturbance. But other than that, the stay was fine, the bed was comfortable, the lounge and restaurants were pretty, and the area was walkable and close to trains. I had done a lot of research and was very excited to stay here as a special splurge for my birthday and was just very uncomfortable after that discovery.
