Pleasant suprise. Nice comfortable room with many extras including a small bottle of real milk in the fridge. Would definitely return. Pretty good breakfast. This hotel is easily as good as the now declining Malmason

We had a bad situation. My husband was sick, was staying in bed for the day.. We got a knock on the door. Maintenance had to come in to check on a Leak on our Toilet. Then, we had to be moved to another room. I was gone for the day, when this happened. So, he was moved to another room. We were supposed to get the last day of stay taken off our Bill for the inconvenience.. Haven't seen that yet, They said it was because we booked thru Hotels.com..

Fantastic location near the tower bridge. Breakfast was included and very good. Service excellent. A bit dated. The carpets beed to be replaced. But the beds were great! I would stay here again

We had such a wonderful time at the Chamberlain. Staff were super freindly and helpful. Room was comfy and relaxing and had everything you could possibly need. Would highly recommend this hotel. The breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Thank you so much.

Great hotel. Tried to check-in 1/2 hour early but the girl on reception just said 'no it's 3 o'clock' without even raising her head ... that apart wonderful hotel and location.

The property was very well placed and well priced for the area. The rooms were generous in size and the beds so comfy. The free breakfast was welcomed and a nice touch as it makes for an affordable break yet it does not feel as though you are compromising on quality. It was a lovely stay, unstuffy and down to earth. No complaints, thank you

25th Wedding anniversary celebration
We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at the Chamberlain hotel. The staff decorated our room with balloons and offered us a free drink. A lovely surprise! The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were friendly and polite. The only negative was the check in time was 3pm, on the dot! most hotels I’ve stayed in will let you check in before. Having said this I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel

Spent just one night but considering this was London, the hotel provided a very clean and enjoyable stay at a competitive rate. Staff very helpful and breakfast excellent. Close to the underground and in walking distance to Tower Bridge. A little noisy but where isnt in London!
