We were very disappointed because we thought that we would get a view of the water as it was in the photos on the website but we got a view of the train station even after our room was upgraded for an additional few hundred. We were disturbed by construction going outside and the room service food was cold. The on premise restaurant had limited dining options. The bar service was very poor with one of the servers not knowing what a Mojito cocktail was... the happy hour special was very misleading.

Staff were good and very friendly. Hotel is a little out the way but was very nice. Room was clean however issues with the TV and the hot water was cool to warm. Couldnt check in until after 5pm and had to check out by 11am not 12pm as stated.

Beautiful hotel. Luxury feel. Room was very spacious. Staff all excellent and very friendly. Chef has to be recommended. Food was amazing as was the waiting staff. Bit disappointed in the spa area as its seperate areas for women and men for steam and sauna room. Also to note. Bar closes early. We managed to get refreshments and took them to our room. On check out - charged with tray service and room service for these drinks. (Took some explaining to get it removed) awaiting refund. Overall... lovely stay.

Not the best option in this part of London

Room was nice enough but a little tatty in places and the decor a little tired. None of the fittings you would expect in a hotel of this class such as usb points etc. Windows looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years. Messages from the hotel clearly stated 12 check out only to be woken at 11 by housekeeping at 11 and then slightly rudely by reception saying we were late checking out. Bill was also wrong at the end of the stay. Overall a little disappointing

Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value.
