Lovely spot in a residential area of London. Hotel has tons of options at a reasonable price. Very English. I loved that. Not a tourist trap full of loud out of the cage worker bees.

Hotel well positioned a short walk from Stamford bridge. Check time was quite late....4 pm. Having said that Iwas in tge queue for check in when the Chelsea team arrived for their pre match preparations. However staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

The property is a great location. lovely walks down the river close to everything. the service however is terrible .. took 1.5 hours to get room service breakfast and called laundry loads and no one picked up. very unimpressed with the service

In a very quiet part of overlooking the Marina near to the lovely high street for shopping the hotel was very modern classic with a spacious comfortable bed and pillows with a bath and separate shower all the features of a five star hotel. Had no breakfast so can’t comment which is £20 if you or prebook or £35 if you don’t . It has two large television screens in the executive lounge with very tastefully decorated furniture feels quite cosy and spacious mug windows with plenty of light . It has the spa facilities and pool with sauna . I would highly recommend definitely returning .

I am a returning customer to this hotel where my previous stay was excellent. After checking in I returned to the reception and was greeted by another receptionist, I asked what times the pool was open and was notified that it was closed for refurbishment, there was nothing she could do as it was on their website and I needed to take up the issue with Expedia, she subsequently walked off and served another customer. A spa break with no swimming pool is a bit of an issue! The room cost was in the mid price range for this hotel, carpets in the bedroom were stained and damaged, the shower had a hole in the ceiling and water staining, the curtains didn’t close properly so couldn’t keep daylight out, cracked tiles in toilet, chest of drawers didn’t close and most TV channels kept dropping off. Very disappointing stay and would definitely not recommend their customer service and conditions of bedroom.

The hotel unexpectedly shut down the swimming pool without notifying all guests with reservations giving them a chance to cancel if they wanted to causing inconvenience, for my trip and disappointing my child due, to the closure. After speaking with the hotel manager and reception they did not offer us anything. Failed to come up with a solution, for our issue.

Mediocre for a 5 star hotel
We had an okay stay. The hotel restaurant service was non-existent - they had one waiter per meal and the waiter was never attentive. We had two breakfasts there (unfortunately not many breakfast options near the hotel) and a dinner there and waited an hour for the food each time. Much of the food we ordered required zero cooking (yogurt with granola, avocado toast...). This was inconvenient especially with two small children. That said, the food tasted very good. The hotel room was nice and clean, and set up correctly when we arrived (with sofa bed open and a pack n play for our baby). However the pull-out sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. There were only slats on part of the bed so anyone more than 3 feet tall had part of their body on slats and part basically off the bed.
