Not good value for money

What they sell as a junior suite is just a regular room. We were next to a room undergoing refurbishment and so the corridor had paint thinner smell, and there was drilling in the morning. The air conditioner was quite weak and my request for maintenance for dismissed by maintenance. Overall not good value for money In the up side, service was good and the bed was very comfortable

A very comfortable place to stay Great king size bed and luxurious bedding! Appreciated the attention to every detail from bottles of water in our rooms, to being greeted at the door of the hotel as we came in or left for the day. After a long day of touring London we were able to rest well in the quiet room. We highly recommend The Chesterfield Mayfair!

This hotel was excellent, and I hope to visit again someday. Although under construction, it was hard to notice any disturbance. The food and drink were amazing, and the service was impeccable. From Louisiana to London with LOVE, we loved it! Nothing but good here:)

Great hotel in a lovely neighborhood

The staff at this hotel is wonderful, as is the hotel, except for two aspects: there is no fitness center and the rooms are quite small with virtually no counter space in the bathrooms. The area around the hotel is lovely and it is conveniently located in the heart of London. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
