Lovely stay.
Checkin was friendly, quick and efficient. Room was lovely. Bed comfortable, very clean. Shower was good. Tea facilities in room. Breakfast was very good. That was a treat for me. The breakfast room decor was lovely, bright and plenty of light as it faced the garden. I'll be back.

Great place to stay, no complaints, staff are lovely and very efficient. We asked for a quiet room and this was arranged for us. Many thanks for this, we slept very well. Breakfast is very good. This hotel was lovely, with accommodating staff and a sublime breakfast. Special thanks to Anthony for his attentive service. They also cater to lactose intolerance, which was appreciated. The location is convenient, with a bus stop right outside and a train station just a five-minute walk away. I would definitely return.

Stayed as 5 ladies in a family room 1 double & 3 singles. Good size rooms, bathroom was quite small & very dated but we didn’t have issues with the shower or hot water. We managed. The reception staff were very friendly & professional, answered all our questions & helped us with both buses & taxis to our destinations. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, hot & tasty. We had a great time & would definitely return for future O2 visits.
