The only complaint i have is the dlr bei g so close. Im not sure if it was just my end of thr building but you hear that rattle all day and until like midnight and then from 6am onwards

I checked in at 9pm and paid for all day parking. The hotels that I have been too always allowed us to leave the car the next day. I am disappointed in this service. I paid £12 for this.

poor communication with staff since I booked through expedia when I explained I tried to amend the booking directly through them I was told to do it through expedia. TV’s Chrome cast did not work in our room. Average cleanliness. Did have disturbances of people knocking on our door randomly.

The room was stupidly small, there was a kitchenette but the microwave didn’t work and there were no utensils to cook with. The bathroom you could barely stand up in, it smelt like drains and the sink was clogged.

The double bed was tight against the window, and I needed to climb over my partner to go to the toilet. Very poorly designed and cramped. I wouldn't stay again. I did ask to move rooms but was told all rooms have the bed tight the window.
