Overall for the price this is a good property, the staff are helpful, you get access to the golds gym below (it's not the best gym but the hotel doesn't have any control over this), the property was quiet, the room was nice with a comfy bed and clean enough, like any hotel if you look too close its a bit grubby with slightly loose plugs, plastic peeling from handles etc, but for ÂŁ75 and close to the tube I was really happy with my stay. On a side note, personally the room is too small for the number of decorative cushions on the bed, there's no where to really put them when you actually go to sleep. Would recommend this to someone looking for a relatively budget stay in West London.

No AC and all a bit tired

Not terrible for for the price, but they have some problems. The AC clearly doesn’t work. I had 1 night without and asked to move and it didn’t work in the 2nd room either. Other guests were complaining. No windows open. Also issues with the lights turning on and off without me switching them. The staff were very friendly though

Overall really happy with stay

Great location with tube about an 2 min walk , shops and cafes very close by too and spa /pool / gym . Comfy beds /generally clean / modern idea but a little shabby . Staff all polite and helpful

4 stars? More like a bad joke – this place doesn’t even deserve one. Let’s start with the parking – or lack of it. When I booked, there was no mention that the parking is tiny and shared with a gym. So not only do hotel guests fight for a spot, but you’re also competing with gym-goers. Great planning, right? We booked a superior twin room – not sure what was "superior" about it. The room was like a sauna, with no ventilation at all. When we complained at 10 PM, we were told to move rooms. Seriously? The night before a wedding? We had everything laid out and packed, and were forced to repack and move because of their poor facilities. As for the restaurant – laughable. It doesn’t even open until 10 AM, so forget about any kind of early breakfast. And don’t expect a full English – not even an attempt. The food we did try was just overloaded with chilli. Apparently, that's their one flavor. Oh, and the staff? Unhelpful and full of attitude. In the room, there were no glasses for water. Tea and coffee were there, but no stirrers – how are we meant to mix anything, with our fingers? When I ordered food from outside and asked for cutlery, I was told, “We don’t provide that.” Seriously? I don’t know who handed them 4 stars, but they need to get their eyesight checked. This place was a total disappointment from start to finish. Never again.

Not a 4 star hotel


The only thing that was good about the hotel was the location as was close to the underground. There was a horrific smell of lemon or something similar not sure if was used to clean the rooms or was from the ventilation but it was so bad that I had to go get fabreeze in a shop to spray the room so I was able to sleep there
 The tea/coffee spot in the room was dirty
 the room wall had something on it that I think was snot, just disgusting. Just felt outdated and dirty. I asked for an iron twice, waited for over an hour and a half until I went down to ask for it again as could not call reception because my room phone was not working. The iron I got was dirty with something stuck on it tried wiping it down on one of the towels and was all black. The water pressure was bad and the bathroom sink kept spraying water when I opened it and the water felt greasy
 In the morning when I left there was a black bag with towels laying around on the hallway floor
 The female receptionist was nice when I checked in but not really sure how busy they are there? Says the hotel is 4 star, would give it 2 star max, needs refurbishment and DEEP cleaning

This hotel is amazing my room is equipped with everything, beautiful South Indian restaurant on site. Spa is free and I had a Thai massage.Extended for another night will be back. 5 star service.
