The property is lovely. Great location. Friendly staff. What I did not like: significant steps to get to the front door, if you have more than a carry on, you will be in trouble. Someone is there sometimes but not always(in my case no one was there upon arrival or departure). Only one elevator worked while I was there. Thermostat did not wok in my room. I callwdnthree times, when the manger came, he tried fixing(it was extremely cold) but to no avail. Instaed of offering to switch my room, he offered to give me an extra blanket. When the blanket arrived.it looked like they just took it off another bed to give to me, He had to reassure me thst the blanke was clean. The hotel is lovely, my situation (blanket) is really just a matter of training.

We booked this property last minute, due to not liking the original hotel we booked using points. It ended up being great! Walking distance to the tower bridge and the Tower of London. Many nearby restaurants, and loads of public transportation options. Only negative would be room size. You really had no where to put your clothes other than hanging them up. A small dresser would be appreciated. We had a King deluxe room

Very nice hotel. We booked a dog friendly room and the hotel is advertised as “dog friendly”. It isn’t. We checked in, went to the room and then went out for a walk, on the way out we were asked to fill in a form about the dog which asked for a £50 dog supplement! As well as a damage disclaimer. The document also stated that the dog was not allowed in any food and beverage areas! It was a shock to learn of the £50 fee and this should be clear on the website. We had to get a pizza delivered and ate in the room and had to cancel breakfast as we could not use the buffet. It was difficult to eat in the room as there was only one chair and a tiny table. There was a dog bowl and very small dog bed which was good and the dog friendly rooms are on the ground floor which makes it easier with a dog. However not allowing dogs into any other parts of the hotel makes it very awkward. Disappointing stay in nice hotel in great location.
