The property is in a great location, very close to Kings cross and ideal for backpackers. The rooms are quite small so not recommended for families.

Worked great for our family for a one night stop before boarding the eurostar; quite small, but handy and everything you need; it is close to the station so there is some train and street noise but didn't bother us. Beds were comfy and clean.

Smelly

A clean and convenient hotel for St Pancras. Great little Italian around the corner recommended to eat out. HOWEVER. The bad drain smells emanating from the bathroom were so overpowering it made our eyes water and you could not even shut the door to keep them out as it was broken.So it was not a nice experience. Give room 16 a wide berth...

Room is quite small but worked well with us as we had to use to Eurostar very early on. Check in is exactly 2pm - we arrived 30 minutes before and was told it wasn’t ready which is totally understand. Quite a lot of food options. Stairs to the basement are quite awkward if you have lots of baggage but is manageable. Quite good for checkout if you have a random or early / late check out as the keys can just be dropped in the drop off box. You can leave your baggage even if you aren’t checked in and they are looked after well.

Briliant hotel

A brilliant stay. Perfect location for travelling around London. Very clean and comfy and quiet considering it's next to the main train stations. Very friendly staff and I was able to leave my luggage on both days. Will definitely be stopping again :)

Great Location, But Very Basic and Noisy

The hotel is in a great location, right by the train and underground station, making it convenient for travel. However, don’t expect anything fancy—it’s very basic. The rooms feel a bit cold, and the noise from outside can be disruptive. If you’re just looking for a simple place to stay with good transport links, it might work, but comfort and ambiance are lacking.

The folks here are amazing! Front desk staff was very help and conversational and the cleaning staff was impeccable. However, the Fairway is an old building which comes with little soundproofing between rooms and for dampening street noise. Also, the room became uncomfortably hot, luckily the window opened allowing for a bit of a cool off.
