I stayed for a week!! This property does not operate like a traditional hotel. Housekeeping only comes on the 3rd and 5th day of your stay, which I didn’t know beforehand. By day three I was literally running out of toilet paper. This isn’t the staff’s fault- everyone I met was friendly and helpful - but the policy itself isn’t very guest-friendly. There’s also no phone in the room to reach the front desk. You have to call from your own cell. If you’re an international traveler without a calling plan, you’re out of options and have to physically find someone to help you. The TV was difficult, and I couldn’t get the Chromecast to work. I was told someone would come the next day to fix, but no one ever showed up. On the plus side, the mini oven and spacious fridge were great for keeping and reheating food. However, the bed was extremely firm- if you like rock-hard mattresses you’ll be fine, but I woke up with a sore neck. The bathroom is also tiny; you can basically wash your hands while sitting on the toilet. Overall, the location was good as east London has so many great food options and activities. It Is also right next to the Aldgate station so easy transportation. This might work for you if you want apartment-style features (oven, fridge) and don’t mind limited service, but for its price it is very different from a standard hotel and travelers should be aware before booking.

Lovely modern studio apartments

Really nice modern studio apartments. Friendly staff, easy to check in and out. Clean and lovely communal areas. Room is a reasonable size and comfortable. Breakfast was nice, buffet style with various options (not a full english). Access to soft drinks in the communal area 24 7 is a nice touch. I'd happily stay again.

The room was spotless, and I really appreciated being up on the 16th floor! It provided fabulous general city skyline views (not iconic buildings)! The building was secure (room key needed in the lifts, etc). The room facilities were great, soft linens and shower room toiletries were good quality. I had to request an alternative duvet as the first was very thin and I'd been cold (unable to sleep) my first night. This was replaced without question for a really superior one. The check-in machine didn't recognise my previous online check-in and couldn't take my deposit payment, both of which were significant annoyances to the weary traveller, but soon resolved by staff. I didn't eat in the restaurant, but used the lounge and terrace areas for complimentary tea/coffee (no breakfast tea in the rooms, but some milk on arrival). A fantastic stay overall, I will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our stay here in August. We looked forward to returning to the unit at the end of each day(tourists). We loaded up on Mark & Spencer or Tesco "Meal Deals" at the end of each day to cover dinner & lunch the next day. The fridge and oven/microwave saved us SO much of our precious touring time. Beds/duvets are great. A/C was key to us and it was very good compared to the front desk-controlled (out for a few hours one evening, but was fixed in a reasonable time period given it was after-hours).A simple guide to operating the oven/microwave combo would be really helpful for those who aren't familiar with them. Only suggestions are minor: have staff check minifridge freezers once in a while to see if they need defrosting. Ours had a lot of frost that took up precious space that's already small. Also, it was a very quiet stay, except closing the unit doors is loud, despite trying to be careful. They are solid doors and locks, but maybe the doors can be adjusted, locks oiled and/or some weatherstripping in the door-casing would help. Or simply a friendly note reminding guests to be conscientious of Not a big deal if your neighbor isn't up late or going in and out of their room every 15 minutes (that would be really unusual...we just happened to have a neighbor who would need to go in and out a lot for some reason). Friends/family might have been in a nearby room, but still doesn't explain why so often

Had a really lovely stay for mine and my sister’s 1st time here. We got upgraded to a suite which was beautiful. Thank you to Mohamed and everyone there for a brilliant stay. The customer service was top notch and the breakfast was seriously superb. A really diverse and very fresh selection, we were so grateful since you don’t get that in many hotels and especially at such a cheap price. It’s less than 5 minutes walk from the tube which was a major bonus and there were lots of shops and restaurants around so it wasn’t isolating. Can’t wait to come back soon!

It's a wonderful place with great staff and easy transport access. The 7 to 11 independent supermarket nearby with very fresh produce and fresh sourdough bread etc really makes it perfect. Muhammed who greated us upon arrival was very welcoming and professional. Second time there and not last. I tend to visit a lot of art galleries and connections to these is great. Fabulous views from the room👍. Its not SW1 or Chelsea...which is great...diversity abounds in the area👍...
