This was a great location to see the sights of London. Staff were very helpful with recommendations. Room was very clean. I loved the coffee/tea in a huge sitting room with couches/tables so nice to be able to have a group of four visit together!

Very convenient location. They have certain rooms where you have to take stairs and there is no direct elevator access. Be sure to ask before you take your luggage with you.

Perfect location in an historic building near Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery, and Charring Cross Station. On a tree-lined and surprisingly quiet street. Short walk to Embankment, Big Ben, Parliament, and Westminster Abbey. Rooms were a bit tight but typical for big cities. Large desk area and big screen TV. King bed was large and comfortable, not too hard, not too soft. Quiet hallways. Posh Club Room with chilled water refill and self serve espresso/coffee machines. Staff are professional and friendly. Would definitely stay here again next visit to London.

Really lovely hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were lovely especially with the air con, breakfast was so nice too. Good location loads to do around and everything in a short walking distance. Would go back again !

The location was perfect for sightseeing. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and had AC which was perfect for the hot summer weather. There are water bottle refill stations on every floor which was a good touch. The only odd thing is that the room had no fridge or safe; otherwise it had everything we needed.

The staff was courteous and friendly. The conference room setting where guests could serve them an assortment of coffee and tea drinks was great. Another feature of this hotel that stood out was free refillable water bottles facility on each floor. Thanks!
