Michelle at check in was lovely and very helpful. This is a cute boutique hotel with a lot of charm. It in a less-tourist driven area of London, but was perfect for our needs.

The watet in the shower wasn't hot enough. The wifi was weak and the electricity kept tripping when I plugged my laptop so was forced to work from the bar.

Not as good as last time , service seems to depend on the individuals working on the day. The. hotel was noisy at night this time too.

This is a great place to stay just south of the river. I walked to Parliament Square in 35 minutes but also near Nine Elms Tube. Its a classic pub with rooms. My Fontera room was warm, clean and cosy. Nice bathroom with spacious shower. The room was small but I have had smaller in London. Big TV in room and big screen sports downstairs in the nice pub. There was no real ale available though - handpumps fitted but no beer that night. Staff were exceptional, everyone extremely pleasant and helpful. An excellent choice at a reasonable price.

The room was incredibly small, the bed was really uncomfortable. The pillows were really lumpy. The walls are super thin, could hear the next room snore. Overall just was a really bad stay

Visit to US embassy

Greeted and feted by the best staff I have ever come across. Only downside was the number of stairs to the room at the top but again the staff were so helpful and friendly. If you want a friendly helpful hotel and are looking for reasonably priced accommodation this is the place. Location is near the US embassy.

Basic but decent overnight stay hotel

A very welcoming hotel with clean but basic rooms. Steep stairs to the rooms so not suitable for those with walking difficulties. A nice sports bar and decent pub grub is served including a hearty breakfast.

Lovely place to stay

Great hotel, friendly service. Situated in a pub, which is very nice and welcoming! Even gave you a free drink on arrival and includes a decent breakfast! Highly recommended!

Great hotel.

We had a great friendly welcome by Lauren the room was very clean and the food was excellent we would definitely recommend the hotel. It was as others have said very close to the American Embassy I would definitely stay there again.
