Great location

Very nice hotel. Great location. Would stay again. Hotel bar and restaurant very nice. Harry’s restaurant across the street is nice and the food was good.

Reception was great, restaurant was great, great location. Only hicup was the elevator to the 6 floor was under repair, so hauled our luggage up a flight of stairs - they did offer to do that for us. Breakfast was so so for 25£ each, have had better that was included

The Clermont Victoria feels like a luxe hotel without luxe pricing. Perfectly situated close to many sights, restaurants and Victoria train station and underground which made getting around so easy.

We really enjoyed our stay! The room we were in in was really nice and well maintained and clean. The bed was comfortable and the complimentary snacks and water were great to have. The staff was very nice and helpful during our entire stay. The breakfast was great and had a nice selection. The bed was comfortable and very nice. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the shower head, but it was more due to preference than quality. We don’t prefer the rain shower heads because they are too difficult for normal use and don’t rinse well in our opinion. The hotel is in a great location by Victoria station and there are plenty of food options very close by. The bus stop for our hop on hop off bus was just outside the front door which was really convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

I loved the property. Nice touch to include room snacks and drinks free of charge! The location was good, excellent food, restaurants and morning breakfast. Rooms were clean, bathroom had heated tiles and heated towel rack. A bathtub was also a nice change. The only small inconvenience was the elevator to the 6th floor wasn’t working and we had to get off at the 5th floor carrying our luggage up the stairs to the 6th floor. We stayed in many hotels through London, Scotland and Ireland. This one was the best and we plan to return in the future.

Very nice hotel, the room space is just enough for a king bed hard to open the luggage. However the bed is very comfortable and showers very strong. Breakfast is good but I found It’s a bit over price overall

The staff were incredible, so friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself is impressive, however undergoing some renovations to the lifts which was a little inconvenient but didn't negatively affect our stay. Our room was lovely and clean, but some aspects were looking a little tired. However if they are renovating I am sure this will be refreshed. The bed was the most comfortable I think I've ever slept it. We had room service on our second night, and it was incredible! The breakfast buffet was excellent both mornings, again with staff so helpful and welcoming.
