Lovely hotel in the heart of London

Beautiful hotel, comfy bed and great evening meal at The Soak. Nice coffee machine and complimentary snacks and waters in the room. Super close to Victoria tube/rail/bus station so able to very easily travel anywhere in London quickly and efficiently!

I arrived quite early and the staff kindly held my luggage so i could take in the area. Maria also provided me a map of the city with recommendations of what I might want to see. The location is convenient to several landmarks, easily walkable. My room was very comfortable and spacious, perfect for a restful night. The hot shower in the morning was invigorating. I feel like I discovered a true Victoria treasure! The staff was amazing and the room was a good value. Would definitely stay again!

Back for our second time; I love this hotel. Very quiet, close to everything, and very good service. Walk to Buckingham, Westminster, etc. and you’re also close to prime restaurants and shopping. Price point makes it a no brainer.

I would definitely stay there again. The staff was over the top friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and beautiful. Our bathroom was very small so that was the only complaint. We loved the location also. Out the back door as the train station. Very central.

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the mattress was comfortable. The food on the buffet wasn’t the greatest. They didn’t have very many TV channels available. They really need shower doors that close all the way.
