Really nicely done room. Some minimal noise from other rooms as was in the basement, plus some rumbles from the tube trains which was quite comforting. Only minor issue was that my room fridge heated the drinks quite nicely. :D

It not in a safe area. We saw a fight at the basketball court within steps of the property. There was a drainage issue in the shower and flooded into the entry way and we received no assistance. You could not lock the door to the gazebo room that had shared access. The hotel did not respond to my concerns in two separate emails.

A small boutique hotel on a quiet street walkable and near St Pancras so perfect for what we needed. We upgraded to a large king bed room (twice the size through Expedia) from a Gyle double bed room but when we checked in we were put in a Feature double with balcony instead. The bed was tiny and even though I went to explain it wasn’t a large king bed and room they said I had a balcony and uk beds are larger than a normal double. I decided not to ruin our two night stay away and left it. We’ve stayed here before and I would stay again but be aware if upgrading as I didn’t get the room I wanted upgrading to.

We chose this hotel because of its proximity to Pancras International. If you have any mobility issues this hotel is NOT for you. Starting with the 2 tall steps to enter the hotel you must navigate narrow winding stairs to the rooms. There is no lift. The room was decorated beautifully but the toilet and shower were in a glass “cage”. Drainage for the shower left a lot to be desired and lighting in the sink area was very dim.

Ideal location, close to King's Cross Rail Station. This is an older building (typical for the hotels in this neighborhood), in which the interior has been completely renovated. Stylish (almost edgy) decor, with a nice lobby/restaurant space on the ground floor. The rooms are on the smallish side, though probably typical for this part of London. Two things to be aware of: 1) There are three floors above the ground floor, but the building has no lift and the staircase is a little tight. That said, the staff will bring your luggage up to your room, if you don't want to lug it yourself. 2) The toilet and shower enclosure is all obscured glass. No opaque walls. The pattern on the glass is very effective at obscuring the "view", but my girlfriend was not real comfortable; feeling somewhat exposed and concerned about "bathroom noises". But having said that, the bathroom was spotlessly clean and the shower was very good. Overall, we were quite happy with the hotel at that price point, and would definitely stay there again if we wanted to be in that part of London.

Fun cool boutique hotel near St Pancras Kings Cross stations. Enjoyed our stay. Staff are very nice and helpful. No elevator but they will take your luggage up to your room.
