I had no toilet paper at all. I tried the online AI chat and it come back with I haven’t wait until working hours for house keeping to bring which is a little to late. First time I have ever stayed in a hotel with no toilet paper
Even though my room was on the top floor, it was noisy (it had no double glazing). It was also cold: there was the AC controls but no actual unit nor vent. There was an electric heater which had a working fan, but it produced zero heat. The TV didn't work, so I used the "AI concierge" as adviced, which promised a team would respond promptly: no response whatsoever over the course of my week long stay. Believe me I could go on, but I trust you get the picture..
Zero complaints from our stay, were concerned with some of the reviews but we were well aware we weren't staying at the Savoy prior to booking.
Room was clean, yes a touch small but we got what we paid for and knew it going in. For the weekend this was half the price of other hotels and was more than great value for money. Have paid a lot more and stayed in a lot worse places in the past.
This is great value for money, good location (10 mins or so walk to london bridge station) and we would be more than happy to stay again.
A room with no window, convenient but no good if you have claustraphobia. It has power supplies next to the bed but you have to put the kettle on the floor to reach the plug. The shower is ok but small not good if over 6ft as the cubicle space is limited. Bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and soft which helped with the sleeping.
The room was a good size and a comfortable bed. Door locks a bit fiddly, shower great. A fair bit of street noise but overall it was a great place to stay and a fair price

The studio was much smaller than what was shown in the pictures. The towels and bedsheets provided were not cleaned properly, and neither was the room. Service is poor, with no reception desk, no supporting staff, and no lift.

Single bed no windows room had no air-conditioning and was tiny and really so hot. En suite was tiny and struggled to get in and out of the shower due to tight squeeze. Not iron in room and bot-support and real person didn't have code for where they were kept. Terrible nights' stay and such a long way from any tube station.
Property was OK, further from the tube stop than described. Tried to use the virtual assistant to request a late checked. The VA said a staff member would get back to me but no one did. I tried twice.
The hotel never did cleaning in our room . The virtual keys didn’t work the second day so I was locked out . Only because I called the hotel’s main office someone helped providing me a code to enter . I wouldn’t recommend to stay in a self check in place because everything is self done . I didn’t know until I reserved it and there was no refund
Property was looking tired and being renovated at time of stay. Fire alarm activated early on first morning and no member of staff to be seen even when fire service attended. Strong smell of paint/ primer throughout property. Black mold in corners of room and sheets etc felt damp. Areas of the room were dusty and unpainted.

Room was what you pay for, there was used towels in our room, contacted host but heard nothing back, over all did a job but the sink and shower didn’t drain well
