We arrived late at the hotel and I can only assume we got the worst room in the hotel. Toilet wouldn’t stop flushing, air con was noisy even when off. Bed offered no support and no sockets around the bed. Offered a free breakfast but was then charged for it.

This was absolutely horrible to stay with a significant other. The rooms are extremely small. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything happening in the rooms and hallways next to your room. There’s also some sort of noise at night that keeps you up.

Great hotel, perfect for stepping out into Covent Garden. Only one negative, the bed was a little uncomfortable, felt like it needed a new mattress. But other than that, really good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great Atmosphere in the lobby and bar. Very clean. Would stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Urban chic kind of decor with a bit of a 1930s retro here and there. Really great location for hitting the theatres, Covent Garden and a short hop on the underground to reach the likes of Oxford St. Wonderfully comfortable beds and pillows! If I had one criticism it’s one I have often with hotels. The TV. Half the channels don’t work not even the terrestrial ones. I know and fully appreciate it’s not what you stay at hotel for. Far from it! But I personally enjoy having it on when I return home from a shopping trip/day out or night out and when I’m getting ready. Home from home. And for a hotel that charges over £300 a night I think the least that could be available would be a decent selection of TV channels to peruse. A very minor point and if I had the money or occasion to celebrate (this was a special stay for husbands 40th) I would go back.

Quite possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in! Wonderful location, bustling lobby with a beautiful bar and great coffee. The rooms were perfect. We had two “cosy up” rooms for our family of four, and they placed us right next to each other on the first floor (one up from lobby). Room faced the car park with a pretty tree and was absolutely silent and perfectly dark at night despite the busy area. The bed was very comfortable.
