Unhappy with service at this hotel. Staff not very friendly or helpful. We asked on departure if they could help us with a plastic bag with ice for my ten year old son’s medication on a travel day and they made it seem like a huge deal or something complicated. We ended up having to solve the problem ourselves. Not happy after paying that amount of money. Customer service and friendliness totally lacking.

Stayed for my wedding, hotel was lovely, but service was poor for a 5* hotel. Making my 8 month pregnant friend carry all her own bags up to the bridesmaid room by herself as they were too busy was terrible.

This was rated as a five star property and although very pretty and grand inside service was average. You could not dry hair jn the bathroom, no ug no fan in the bathroom small shower. Pool is only open to 8 pm so we missed it altogether. Room service took a long time food was subpar. Not my fav hotel to be honest I expected far more ftom this property!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Landmark. The car service they set up for our transportation to and from the airport was exceptional and a wonderful start to our vacation. We only stayed one night and did not have our luggage, due to a layover. The staff quickly sent up toothbrushes for us, which was very helpful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pub downstairs is a must! The Old Fashions were delicious, the food was great and the service incredible! We only wish we could have stayed a bit longer!
