Property pays great attention to detail. I did not like the upsell process. I had booked a king bed room but they sold me on a “better room” because it was the same but on a higher floor. The room only had a double bed and was tiny. We delt with it because we were tired. Upon check out I brought it up and I was simply told “well you got a larger room on a higher floor”. The king I had originally booked would not even have fit in this room! The guy at checkout couldn’t care less and didn’t even apologize nor offer to refund us the upcharge “for the upgrade”. What a joke!

£690 a night ,room 851 , tried to add on £34 twice for service charge ???? The room was small next to a lift and had an internal door that didn’t lock , which when opened was a long corridor to a fire exit and 2 other doors with locks on ??? Very bizarre and a bit scary , never seen that before in a hotel room , so not the best night sleep thinking about this

First class luxury hotel in London’s West End
The Langham Hotel in Marylebone is my home away from home when visiting London. Fantastic location, the hotel is super-luxurious, and every member of the staff is top notch. I would not stay anywhere else in London!

One of the best hotels in London! My wife and I stayed in a Junior Suite which is very spacious. The breakfast at the Club Lounge is fantastic! The location is great! A few minutes walk down Regent St and you are in the shopping area along Oxford St. We shall definitely return next time we are in London.

Our stay at the Langham was perfect. Every single staff member was friendly, helpful and would go out of their way to help with anything. Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful. The club staff extra helpful and friendly. We had room service twice and the pizza is delicious!
