The staff were top notch! Just for the staff (like every single staff member we encountered) I would highly recommend. The suite was wonderful, so clean and lots of room. I had emailed the night before I arrived asking if we could store our luggage as we would probably be early for check in. I had mentioned we could perhaps try the afternoon tea at the restaurant but was not sure if we needed reservations. I also mentioned we were celebrating my mom's birthday. When I arrived, they had the room ready, and they made reservations at the restaurant AND left a cute note with a piece of cake for my mom! And that was only the beginning of the excellent customer service. The location was great. There is a restaurant connected to the hotel but you also had many restaurants and coffee shops right outside. Everything was in walking distance with the shopping at Oxford Street 5 minutes walk. Would definitely stay there again.

Hotel is an average hotel. Awsome location. I had to get an extra room for my last night and the switched room was super tiny and felt like I was under ground and didnt have slippers and room felt dirty. Bathroom door would not remail open. The first room had dirty used spoons with the coffee cups. Which they swapped. The lobby needs remodeling. But it was not an expensive hotel in comparison for the location. Concierge was really super helpful and so was the bell services and front desk.

We stayed here for my husbands birthday. On arrival we were kindly upgraded to the Terrace suite. Right from the start we were met but helpful, professional staff. All parts of the hotel were clean and had character. Great location! Easy to walk to the station, to Mayfair, shops! Easy to get Ubers. Would defiantly recommend.
