Nice central hotel

Very nice hotel and in great location for Oxford street and The London Palladium. Arrived early but our room was ready and had been upgraded. Think it was very quiet as it’s January. Very polite and helpful staff. Room was clean, warm and very nice, had a large bathroom and all amenities. Didn’t have breakfast but had a drink in the bar after our show and had some chips made for us as a snack. Overall a very nice stay for one night

Room was good size, very pleasant, comfortable bed. 1st floor room in city across from school rather noisy early morning. Concierge staff, Ian and Said, both dry helpful

The rooms are not in great shape. Fridges don't work. Wifi didn't work in one of the rooms. Had to move around a lot. The staff is great though!

I had a wonderful last minute stay at this well appointed hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. The concierge even arranged a masseuse to come to my room! Book here. You wont be disappointed.
