The staff were friendly enough although on arrival a lot were stood talking at the concierge desk and we weren't greeted which didn't give a great first impression. The person who did check us in was friendly and advised we had a room upgrade. The room itself was very small and in need of updating, one of the spot lights has come loose from it's fitting in the ceiling and the sink was cracked. The carpet was also loose and moved under your feet like it hasnt been fit properly. Overall the hotel was alright but you can certainly get a lot more for your money elsewhere, we won't be stopping there again.

Lovely stay friendly staff, small room for the cost but comfortable. Great shower. Room service really hard to order - phone not working initially, then when it would dial out it kept going to reception not room service who kept forwarding my call which went unanswered. Great gym

Great location

I stayed at Mayfair Townhouse 3 times. The rooms on the ground floor are nicer in my opinion. The hallways are very narrow, with a lot of steps. Noise coming to the room when someone walks or carries bags on other floors. Great location, good value - but nothing “extra” luxury.

Great hotel for a weekend break in London

Wow, this is a lovely hotel. Friendly staff, cozy and characterful rooms and a fantastic location just off Piccadilly. Couldn't have asked for more really! Would highly recommend.

The hotel was beautiful. We got on an early flight from Boston and they gave us a room pretty early as we were exhausted. The staff was courteous and very helpful.

Did not feel this was a “deluxe room. Very small. First room had a view of an active construction site. Second room was on ground floor. Constant pedestrian and car and truck traffic. No privacy.
