Excellent hotel with attentive staff and good breakfast. Very convientely located in central London next to the British Museum and many other attractions. Decor is a touch dated and could do with some renovations but hotel is meticulously clean and well kept.

Exceptional service from every area. This made our trip to London extra special. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Rooms were spotless, lovely touches in the bathroom and in arrival. We went out in the evening and they made up the sofa bed for us - a lovely surprise when we got back.

Great location, incredible suite, staff perfect! This was our last night of our trip and the best of the 18 nights. We WILL stay here again! Close to the Tube and Russel square. They even had a cab waiting for us specifically on departure.

Nice hotel next to the British Museum, quiet area, but lots of construction during the time of our stay, resulting in traffic congestion in the area. Its an older building so be prepared for the smaller room size and creaking floors, older furnishings and bathrooms, though clean, could use updating (chipped tub enamel).

Close to British museum and tube was close Very nice hotel and room. Bathroom and bed was very nice. Wish the breakfast was included. There was a surcharge for housekeeping. We were made aware of it at beginning of stay , however, a strange add on.
