This in a great location for the city but it also has excellent transport links for the West End and theatreland.

The hotel has a wonderful character. The room we were allocated was excellent. Lots of space, with a fabulous ensuite. Great fridge and large safe. The staff were very helpful. We only stayed the pne night, and didnt use the other facilities (we were dining out), but we will certainly be staying here again. Easy walk to the Barbacan Tube so conveniently located.

Awful. Not deserving of it's claimed star rating!
Very, VERY disappointed in my experience at the hotel. The room was tiny and in disrepair. The bathroom was *filthy* with broken fixtures and fittings and the walls of the room so thin I could hear everything (and I mean everything!) going on in adjacent rooms. Fire alarm went off twice in the first hour of me staying, and a broken step in the fire escape nearly sent me tumblibg down a fight of stairs. The building and it's rooms are obviously in serious need of updating and repairing. Avoid!!
