Good location for central London. Quick check in. Most of the staff are great. Rooms a good size. Fresh water to fill water bottles available in the lobby. Breakfast excellent. Lovely seating area . Some rooms a little noisy , cleaning staff and road noise.

Location was good for public transport, easy walk to two lines. A second chair in the room would have been nice. Breakfast was OK, if over priced. Dinner in the restaurant was horrible. Easily the worst of our three week trip

Great safe place to sleep. Rooms are very small, so if that matters to you, would not recommend. Other than that, beds are comfortable, has everything you need.

A really lovely hotel so easy to get to the tube in a area what’s not overcrowded nice walking area too I would stay there again breakfast brilliant staff really helpful and friendly

Lobby and other floors looked updated and everyone was very friendly. We were put on the 7th floor while staying with a toddler, which had a tiny, old elevator to get to and the room was a bit cramped with no AC so was very warm. Overall though the stay was satisfactory

I liked the location. Very close to bus routes, the Tube, restaurants, and parks. Did not like that there was no air conditioning. The room was very stuffy. Also the noise at all hours of the door was overwhelming. Price on the high end for what was available. We changed hotels for our last day in London
