Second time staying here and loved it again. Excellent location. Walk to Harrods and buckingham Palace and Hyde Park. Easy walk to South Kensington tube too. Great friendly helpful staff makes you fell well cared for too.

Great hotel, helpful staff but noisy AC.
Had some issues with noisy air conditioning on the first night. The hotel tried their best but could not fix it. Next two nights they moved me to a different room that did not have the problem which was appreciated. Breakfast could do with more fresh fruit and real coffee. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the hotel. Location is excellent on balance I would recommend the Rembrandt (once they fix their AC problems 😊).

The head concierge, Neal, made our stay memorable. He recommended seeing Tina. A superb musical. His staff was knowledgeable, attentive and went out of their way to assist us. Highly recommend for convenience and professionalism. Excellent breakfast buffet.
