The front desk, restaurant and cleaning staff were great! The hotel location was good. the rooms are a little dated and the mattresses a bit hard for my liking.

This hotel is beautiful. We loved it! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. It’s right across the street from the magnificent Victoria and Albert museum!

AMAZING location and very friendly, helpful staff! Location couldn't be better - 4 minute walk to South Kensington Tube station. Right across from V&A museum, science museum and Natural History museum. 15 minute walk to Harrods, 10 min walk to Hyde Park. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast is terrific! My only suggestion would be to find a way for hotel guests to use the fitness center free of charge. All in all, a terrific value for the price.

The staff were quite courteous and amiable, always trying to go the extra mile for you. The hotel is modern, quiet and clean, and ideally located near many museums and restaurants, as well as public transport. The only experience that didn't match there rest of our stay was the breakfast, which lacked variety.

Cockroaches. Perhaps it was the heatwave at that time and the location of my room (6 floor) but after several encounters, one IN MY BED, I was moved to another room. It was an upgrade and I was not charged but no suggestion of any other compensation for the disruption and upset. The staff were all very kind and professional. This did not change the fact that the room was not clean when I arrived (crackers under the bed) and there were other issues with the thoroughness of the cleaning. In the breakfast room too. The buffet was included in the price and while this offered many options it was not of the best quality, certainly not European standards. I will not stay at The Rembrandt again or recommend it.
