The hotel is clean and quiet, though the deco is out dated in the room. One thing I found that the Expedia website makes the saty seems you can use the gym and spa is included in the price, but in fact you need to pay £15 per day extra. The gym is run by other establishment. Even as VIP from Expedia do not have the free access. The room card keys is made from wood is a nice touch.

The Rembrandt is a lovely hotel with friendly professional staff, in a convenient location to museums and transportation. The breakfast selection and quality were excellent, as was the supper offerings in the lounge. We would stay here again!

I deliberately booked this hotel for the pool. However, it was a further £15 charge a day, we would have paid this, however, could not use pool between 3pm and 6pm, just when we enjoy a dip at the end of our day and prior to dinner. No notification of this until we arrived, very disappointing as an important part of our break away.

Given the price I was quite disappointed in the hotel. Not ok to have to pay 15 GBP per day for a very small pool and limited gym which are advertised as a service. Location is amazing of course so I guess that is what you are paying for

Great location, walkable everywhere. Lovely staff. No room upgrade and VIP free drink was one drink when we were two people. Website shows health club as £15/day extra, this applies to the pool as well which is a bit misleading as the charge doesn’t show next to the pool on the Expedia listing.

Great value luxury London (Kensington) hotel.

Very nice hotel in good position, directly opposite V&A Museum. 24-hour room service, which was quick & reasonable. Nice lounge bar with good food offerings (in addition to full restaurant). Large, comfortable room with King size bed, plus sofa & 2 armchairs. Facilities included coffee / tea, biscuits, free WiFi, large TV, hair dryer, iron + board, walk-in wardrobe, bathrobes & slippers. Bathroom with whirlpool bath, shower over. Good parking at Q-Park, about 15 mins walk, with 20 mins loading directly outside hotel. 2-3 mins walk to tube stations.
