Oh my word, this was the most incredible hotel for our 30th anniversary in London!!! The service was fabulous. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and solve every problem or request. The hotel has an old world ambience that is very courtly, if one is looking for that experience. Very quiet, safe and easy walking to the main attractions near the Thames. Highly recommend a stay here!
