The brunette lady at the Reception was absolutely brilliant when I checked - in. I was a little early and her customer service skills were exceptional. A perfect location for both business and leisure

Attended a two-day conference within a few minutes walking distance. A perfect location for that, and if we would have been vacationers, also for that. A minute’s walk to a tube station. The room on the third floor was comfortable and quiet. The only thing I missed was furniture for the luggage.
