Management was loud and pushy. WiFi required personal information for an unsecured connection and you had to allow them to use in any way they wished. Great walkable location to many things but better hotels nearby.

We loved this hotel! It's in an excellent area in Westminister, just down the street from Westminister Abbey. A tube stop just down the street too. Very convenient location. The room was very nice and the bathroom was lovely, appearance wise and functionality wise. The wooden desk and nightstands were a nice touch too. Most of the staff we met were very friendly and helpful. The beds weren't very soft but the room was quiet aside from occasionally hearing people walk down the hall. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

This was the a wonderful hotel. The rooms are the perfect size, very cute and very cozy. They have everything in the room you would need, including an assorted tea bar. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to quite a few of London's popular landmarks. They serve a wonderful complimentary breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor.

Nice breakfast Great central location Very quiet room Staff chastised me at checkout that I didn’t arrange an airport transfer ahead of time, even though that was the first I’d ever heard of this as an option. I would’ve taken advantage of this opportunity if anyone had told me about it. Shower difficult to get in and out of if a person is mobility challenged.
