Cute boutique hotel. The room was well appointed, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was substantial. Great location, very close to the Abbey, Parliament, and Big Ben. The underground transportation is close too.

The receptionist was very friendly and happy to store our luggage after checkout! This mad life easy as we wanted to see the sights before our train. The breakfast was very fulfilling with plenty of options to choose from! And, the rooms were spotless with a very comfortable bed!

Great stay with friendly staff. Arrived a little early to leave luggage until check in at 3. We were pleasantly surprised to be checked in 2 hours earlier. This was a great bonus and the late check out on a Sunday was ideal too. We were a little worried about noise being above a pub but it was a very quiet stay. Overall, facilities were great. Pleasant shower and nice to have the bath too. Breakfast in the morning was very good with a brilliant selection of choices. Plenty of plant based options too. Only downside is we didn't get the temperature right in the room, we were either too warm or too cold. Would definitely recommend as a central place to stay. We walked everywhere we wanted to get to but there is a tube station just a couple of minutes away too.

Great 4 night stay at this property! Convenient, safe location. The pub downstairs was very good, fun and lively at night and the breakfast in the pub was included with our stay. Food was excellent too. Staff very efficient and friendly!
