The Standard standard!

Always an amazing experience. Probably my 10th trip. The hotel needs to link bookings from Hotels.com better so they can see the history. The night manager who helped us change our room was wonderful and a real asset to your business. Keep it up always!

Room was spacious. Shower was very nice. No place to hang wet towels though. Nice view of the gardens. Staff was pleasant. Doorman was helpful with my heavy bag. We’ll be back.

The hotel was fantastic. Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was spacious and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The view of the city was awesome from the room I stayed in, which was on ninth floor. It's proximity to the train station was incredibly convenient. I have nothing but positive things to say about this hotel.

Awesome 5 nights spent in this hotel, we were so sad to leave. The mattress was super comfortable we knocked out almost immediately after laying on the bed. Really worth it to get the king size bed. One point to note is that the rooms are meant for couples as the bathroom is open and doesn’t have a door (unless you’re okay with that!)
