Great, clean, updated hotel near Covent Gardens, which is the cutest area with shops and restaurants. Walked to so many attractions yet also had many underground stations nearby- embankment/ Covent gardens/ chasing cross. They have a two restaurants and one bar in lobby. We were very happy with our choice.

A lovely hotel - right in the middle of london. The quality of accommodation is very high, and it is matched with excellent customer care. The complimentary in room bar is a lovely touch.

This was a fabulous location for my taste. It was close to the Thames, so I could walk to Tate Modern. I booked a Superior Single room, and I am still puzzled. The room was tiny and lacked amenities. Next time I will book a double, even if travelling solo. Also, loved the uniformed doormen who always had a cheery greeting -- a nice British touch.
