Great central location for London. Huge hotel with plenty of rooms, early check-in was not a problem for them. Staff extremely helpful and were happy to hold onto our cases for the rest of the day after we had checked out.

The entire staff at Strand Palace Hotel were incredible. Hotel was clean, spotless. Food and coffee, Gin room all incredible. Uber kiosk so very useful! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

The hotel is ideally located for central London especially around the theatres. The hotel was clean. Guest rooms were clean and tidy but starting to look dated. It was nice having Rituals toiletries in the bathroom. We returned to the hotel after an evening performance of a show and asked the staff if we could have a hot chocolate and was told no, we could only get alcoholic drinks. I thought this was incredibly disappointing especially when the hotel is a 4 star. I could get a hot chocolate 24/7 with IHG hotels. Not every one wants an alcoholic drink at 11pm and it wouldn’t have been that hard to arrange a hot drink and those little touches make all the difference.
