The Tower Hotel is in an excellent location. Because it is an old place, the furniture is a bit beat up and there are no usb ports in the room which these days is essential. The room service food was awful! It came quick enough but really was terrible. The breakfast buffet was standard and we found plenty to have there, but the room service food was substandard.

Location is good though still quite a walk to the closest subway station. Lobby and room are outdated with tight spaces, elevators take forever and bathroom is dirty. Service is okay though the hotel is fully booked the week I stayed there.

Loved the accessibility to the underground train station/tube. Nice, clean hotel. Also loved how close it was to activities. I didn’t also liked that the Tower of London was closed every night at a certain time (the gates). This made for less foot traffic/less people and actually made the area more secure believe it or not. London is full of pick pockets who gravitate to tourists and massive amounts of people, so areas with lower amounts of people/less people appeared safer/more comfortable to me. The area surrounding the tower hotel was not as crowded at night since the Tower of London closed its gates around 8:30pm and the surrounding business closed soon after for accessibility reasons, therefore making safer in my opinion. You should always be hyper aware when walking the streets but it just felt after near the hotel and where the hotel was located.
