Initially allocated standard room on 6th floor, nice looking room, quite modern furnishings, and good view over docks. However, the bath was filthy.... I have no idea what it was, but it was not a simple, run the taps and wash it away scenario. Went to reception and explained, showed photographs, and although we were moved, there was no apology or confirmation that this would be raised with housekeeping. If I was working here, I would have been embarrassed that guests found the room like this. The new room we were moved to was on the 8th floor, clean but was a bit tired and in my opinion needs updating, view also not as good as original room. It did what we needed, the location and rest of hotel we saw (public areas) were nice, but I would not rate this as a 4 star hotel from this experience.

Very nice hotel, always clean and smelling nice. The room was comfortable and despite not having a bridge view, had a lovely view of the dock/marina instead. Staff were always friendly and happy to help.

This was once a lovely place to stay. But unfortunately it has gone down hill. The drinks in the VU bar were very expensive and the young waitress was quite rude. We got a good deal on room but it was very small and the only heating we had was a electric radiator.

A landmark hotel in London but showing its age. By not booking directly but through Expedia it seems (again) the room is on the less desirable end with a mediocre view and close to busy elevator. However, a warm refuge on a cold London day. Recommended.

The property is awesome, I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else. The views are incredible if you're facing the tower bridge. Everything you need is within walking distance. Make sure you visit the St Katherine Docks, there are so many restaurants on the dock behind the hotel. If you're a runner than you are in heaven don't forget to bring your running shoes the views are breath taking as you run across the tower bridge. The staff is professional and courteous. I didn't do breakfast due to my day starting early breakfast is $22. The hotel has a restaurant attached, Vicinity is the name they had out-side and inside seating options. The food is ok, but there are several options to eat in walking distance. NOTE: if you're going to be there longer than four days get the upgrade and pay for the Tower Bridge view. I definingly recommend this place

The hotel is amazing for any tourists or people in general. Location is great, facilities amazing, staff really helpful, and the building smells amazing all the way through. Only slight inconvenience we had was with the bed. It wasn’t a normal double bed but instead 2 single beds joined together. Other than that, nothing bad at all to say about the hotel.

Hello, 12/26 to 12/29th 2024 First, SHOT OUT TO ASH- for his great customers service was always ready with a smile to assist and accommodated me and answered any questions I had during my stay. PROS 1. Breakfast was good. 2. They Have Starbuck's in the Lobby. 3. A few steps to Tower bridge. 4. I had the Tower Bridge view from my window. 5 They had a strip of different food venders and Wine--don't kn if it's all year round but on my stay in Dec 2024 CONS 1. No fridge IN the room 2. No laundry room 3. Rooms are very TINY 4.MAKE SURE you BRING European outlet. Because there aren't many outlets. *WILL DEFINILY STAY AT THE TOWER HOTEL AGAIN*
