I would have given a 5 star ratings had it not for one rude employee. The guy at the concierge was VERY RUDE and discriminating. I returned a borrowed adapter and asked if I can get a receipt that I returned it. He told me is a VERY RUDE and HIGH tone voice "you don't get a receipt, you were not charge!" I replied saying I still want to get a paper that you received it back. He got more angry and raised his voice more! So disgusting person- if yu can call him that. I registered this comment immediately to the manager on duty.

Hotel was right near tower bridge. Very nice hotel but a bit dated. Heat ac has issues, was working when I first got there, so room was very warm (this was late Feb), they did get it working but I did keep windows open the whole time so temp was cool. Bed comfy and room was a great size, not small like most European rooms. Shower was a bit strange, lots of air blowing at you, but warm and enjoyable. Loved in room tea service.

I reqlly enjoyed the hospitality of the hotel. My room was clean, modern, and had a nice view overlooking the pier. The hotel even had umbrellas and portable chargers to rent for the day. It was 10 min walk from the underground and being next to the tower was very convenient.

The hotel is pretty basic, two bottled water provided but no kettle if you want hot drinks. Good view of the river. Easy walk to nearby restaurants and train stations. You can hear the people talking especially if the room was near the lift. Not good for light sleeper like me. All in all it’s okay for one night stay.

Tower Hotel London

This was my first international solo trip and I am so glad I picked this hotel. I chose a Tower View room. And it did not dissapoint. The view was amazing. The staff was super nice. I couldn't figure out how to do room service one night, the concierge desk was able to help me out and get me a late night dinner delivered. This will ptobably be my go to hotel whenever I come to London. Loved it. Cant wait to come back,

Very convenient location, under 10min walk to Tower Hill underground station. They also provided luggage storage after we checked out giving us more time to see London before our evening flight out. Staff was friendly and welcoming, will definitely stay here again when back in London.

1st impression wasn’t great, but was overall pleased with our stay. Initially was given a 3rd floor room. It was mediocre - bed was hard, room needed updates. 1st night we heard banging and creaking (doors?) from 3am - 4am, then at 7am there was 20 minutes of what sounded like hammering. Our trip was extended and we were moved to the 5th floor on the 5th night. That room was amazing. Clean, decorated nicely, bed was soft. The lobby, outdoor area, staff, and location of the hotel are amazing.

I stayed for six nights and had a remarkably good time! The food on location was awesome, it was super easy to find a cab, it was so walkable to nearby restaurants and shopping! I had the opportunity to spend my birthday here and it was one of my best experiences in London to date!
