The property is fine for a one night stay. It’s a bit dated. My main issue was the WiFi. Horrible speeds and was unable to open even my emails. As a tourist who didn’t have a local sim, this was very inconvenient.

Great location

Excellent location for Abba Voyage. Great shopping centre close by. Excellent train links. Disappointed there was no restaurant only served pizza.

Excellent location for Abba Arena, staff were courteous and very helpful. The bedrooms were clean and well equipped. There is no restaurant as such but Pizza's (very nice!) are available in the bar / as part of room service all day / night.

Not really a restaurant (just heated up pizza) but pleasant hotel convenient for public transport and Abba Voyage. Nice breakfast (coffee disappointing) with fresh fruit and other produce, plenty of staff ensuring nothing runs put. Room had been refurbished to a good standard.

We stayed here for ABBA Voyage for my mums birthday, so a group of 5 of us. What strikes you immediately is how helpful and caring the staff are, nothing is too much trouble and they somehow always seem calm even though I'm sure theh aren't! I had asked for all rooms to be on the same floor but when we arrived they weren't, they did try their best to change that but we had to stay as we were. We also loved that the staff make the pizzas in house (which are amazing by the way). There is a lovely outside seating area too. Our only small gripe was how warm the rooms were and you have to ask for that to be changed, and you can't open the windows. We were only there one night so we just managed and it was unusually warm for the time if year. In general this place was great, excellent staff and location for what we needed.

This hotel was perfect for a night stopover. We found the staff to be mainly friendly and helpful. We stayed in a standard room which was well maintained, however it only had a small vertical window which meant it was a little on the dim side, especially with the decor colours. It was however clean and the shower worked well with all the bathroom amenities we wanted.

Lovely find, would stay here again

Lovely find, would stay here again. The staff were very friendly and had made a big effort for the London Marathon people of which we were included as we watching our daughter run. Room had air con which was great as it was a hot day, the twin beds could be pushed together to make a super king and gave us a good nights sleep. There was minimal noise in the hotel so it must have good sound proofing. we stay a lot in London as both daughters live there and this by far the best in terms of comfort, aircon and overall value for money compared to others we have stayed in like Travel lodge. Only downside was that I thought our rate with Hotels.com included breakfast and we arrived to find it did not, but Westfield shopping centre was a five minutes walk so we went there for breakfast and evening meals.

Staff super friendly, and extremely helpful. My stay at the hotel was good. The rooms are clean that is more than willing to help you if you need any extra towels or any essentials would highly recommend. The only downfall is the location where it lacks transportation, but overall would highly recommend to stay.
