The shower was stained with mildew/ mold in places. The air conditioning unit was coming apart and did heat when need and the carpets need a good clean. However the staff in the restaurant were excellent and the food was also of a a very good standard

Almost full marks...really really close

Outstanding hotel, fantastic staff. Having parking onsite is a real bonus. Breakfast is superb, as is their evening meals if you decide to dine in. Only had a few small observations really, none of which I mentioned, but probably should have (terribly British!). The plug in the basin didn't work, the plug in the shower was blocked with hair and slow to drain (I cleaned it as it was overflowing) and the extractor fan needs a good clean as covered in dust...small details and none that would stop me recommending this as a place to stay. But the staff - incredible. Caring, polite, friendly and cheerful whatever the time of day. A real credit to the business. Will be back for sure. Thanks for the great stay.
