We stayed in a room with no windows and were pleasantly surprised at how big it was having everything we needed for a theatre stay over. Staff were excellent . Perfect location for theatre land and walkable distance from Kings Cross Station. Will definitely use again.

Amazing location for central London but on a quieter street, good AC & powerful shower to wake you up Cafe area open 24hrs and their infused water was lovely! Perfect for a nights stay in the city!

I wasn't acknoweldged by the recptionist for over 5 mins while they were behind the bar. He apologised for the wait though. The room was very compact but had everything needed and was quiet. The air con comes on automatically when you put the card in the slot. Was noisy and kept me awake all through the first night. The second night I turned it off and slept well. The staff were very nice and the location is excellent.

Was a good hotel, staff are perfect, air conditioning was making odd noises in the night, bed quite hard and pillows not great. Ita location is the main point, safe and welcoming. Small rooms toilet/shower had glass walls so no privacy, but you get what you pay for 😅
