Price based on location was outstanding. Room was comfortable for a short stay. Lots of restaurants and public transportation in the area. Near Victoria Station and most of the sight-seeing landmarks.

I had a truly wonderful and gratifying time throughout my entire 10-night stay at the premier Hotel Z Victoria! I was fully pleased and satisfied with the room and quality of the service provided by their great housekeeping staff! I felt so very gratified and deeply appreciated the truly unmatched genuinely kind and courteous, prompt but highly efficient top quality service provided by the Front Desk Team starting with their wonderful Manager Adriana Zawada all the way down to each of the Front Desk Team members that assisted me!

Roomy but bed very hard...

Booked at the last minute, used Z hotels before and I'm aware of their business model, i.e. compact rooms at good value. The Z Hotel Victoria was very expensive only based on the location, so closed to Victoria station that my basement room (without window) would almost check when the underground train would pass under. I did comment on the fact that the bed was very hard, like plank of wood hard when I checked out. The employee told me that it was because it was a new mattress. If it's the case, they must have chosen the hardest orthopaedic mattress ever made. No bounce at all, not even a little. Very uncomfortable. Other than that the room was gigger that other Z Hotel or Premier Hub ones and the shower was great.

Great experience! Perfect location

The staff was extremely nice and very accommodating! The location of this hotel is INCREDIBLE and we were able to walk to everything - all of the big sights to see too. The Victoria London train station is conveniently a few steps away and very easy to navigate. The breakfast was not very good but it’s fine.

Z hotel victoria

It was very comfortable and pleasant to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and we slept well , barely hear any moise. Staff were accomodating.

Over priced

Extremely small rooms. Friendly staff. Well over £250 per night with no breakfast included, or cleaning of room in between nights - the company was clearly making a profit off the back of the tube strikes. Victoria is not a nice area of London, however it is very central with comfortable beds.
