Very small room but it was clean and had all of the facilities we needed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Challenges with booking system meant checking in was long and problematic. Rooms are small and converted from a building not made for purpose with the bathroom built as a glass add on, built into the room. Air conditioning wasn’t effective. Room was cramped and small. Breakfast was very sub-standard and the dining area is almost nonexistent, and just a table in the front desk check in area. Overall I would say hotel was overpriced and small.

I had to demand a room move at 2am because the sewer was belching things up in the toilet and shower. And my cc number was stolen around the time of this booking. Maybe a wifi issue? Cable also went out and took a while to re-establish. They said it happens alot. You could hear other rooms. Can't imagine what you'd think of it if you paid more than the Sunday rate discounted by a booking site.

I went for the cheapest room with no windows. Room width was bed which might be too small for some people but is like a pod room. Sky TV included. Everything was clean and tidy. Right beside Victoria station so handy for travel and food. Definitely come back again.
