The rooms look nothing like in the pictures, the aircon was a fan, no fridge, also you advertise parking but that’s not true, also no mention of the construction going on in the Niehbourhood

Good location, bad beds and loud doors.

Great location. 2 single beds pushed together but no mattress topper to make it one. And the doors in the corridors are VERY loud so not much chance to sleep in.

A very hot and uncomfortable nights sleep

The room was very small, had no air con although a fan was provided. We didn't spot this in the listing. Bed was very uncomfortable and had a dip in the middle so we kept rolling into it during the night. Bathroom was not as clean as other hotels we have stayed in. For the price we paid, we would've expected it to feel more comfortable. Despite completing the pre check in information, i was asked all the same information on the check in machine then it didnt even work and the staff had to step in to do it manually (and ask all the same questions again!) Generally, staff were very friendly. Lifts need servicing, they were very very slow to respons once buttons were pushed.

One night stay with wife and daughter. Our booked 3 person room was not available so were given two adjoining double rooms instead. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Special shout out to the reception staff who were very helpful and friendly. Would happily stay again.

Quaint and Convenient

Hotel is nice with close proximity to train and metro stations. Excellent breakfast buffet. Was very warm week in London during stay. No AC so the top floor room got extremely hot. Staff provided fan which was appreciated
