No one on late check in, was shouting until a man smirking came round the corner from the office…. Followed by an equally giggly woman. Barely spoke and told me nothing about the facilities …. You get what you pay for but for the price you’re charging I expected better … rooms are old and dated…. No lift to first floor and no help available with luggage

A solid option for anyone needing a hotel with good access to Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel is good and the access to the Heathrow Pod service makes it super convenient.

It’s a great if you are transiting at terminal 5. After reaching arrivals try to reach the lifts that says pods parking ( no1 seems to know where or that is even staff and information desks ) once you reach the parking u will use the pods ( very convenient ) to take u to the parking lot of the hotel ( IT WAS FREE from and to ). I read people saying it’s 8£ but it staff at hotel told me that it’s free! I ve got a disability and I found it to be a very easy walk! Staff were friendly , the self serve little store got yummy sandwiches and other stuff! The room was comfortable and clean with a great AC and extra towels ! I was told that latest checkout was 11 am and any extra hr costs 10£/ hr so I chose to leave as I had 5 extra hrs to spend at Heathrow! The free breakfast was ok ( the man at the front desk at the restaurant wasn’t friendly ( I would rate the food as average ) but the coffee was terrible ! Check out was super smooth ! I recommend this hotel for a short stay close to T5

Easy and great value.
This was a great place to stay overnight for an early T5 departure. Using the Heathrow Pods was easy - check in easy - room clean. All worked out very well. Great value.

It’s a very old building. It was clean and no one was rude, but the staff in general were nice but not friendly. Transportation would have been better if the pods weren’t so expensive. Only used them when I was short on time, otherwise took the bus which was nearby. Next time I wouldn’t stay near the airport even for a short visit. I’d pay the extra to be closer to London.

This hotel is not at Heathrow! We booked this hotel because it stated "Terminal 5". We had to spend extra time and money using public transportation to get to the hotel. Over priced for value we received (plus the extra 35 pounds to get there). Unfriendly staff.
