Needs a little investment

Generally the public areas are tired as is the furniture in the rooms, other than the important thing the bed which was super comfortable. The restaurant was friendly and they dealt very well with the corked bottle of wine we were served .. although we think it got sent to another table, the Dark and Stormy cocktails were excellent. The rooms were well priced the food over priced but it's London. A little investment would see a 4* review.

Hotel is so relaxing. Great view of the planes . Opposite terminal 5. Can get to hotel via the pod from terminal 5. Staff are amazing. So friendly and very helpful. Deanne on reception goes out of her way to help . Very friendly lovely smile. Very polite. But the rest of the reception staff are very helpful also The restaurant staff cedric, peter , and the other staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is lovely and reasonably priced for London. Stayed several times and love it. Rooms are very clean. Beds comfy. Need anything, just ask. They sort it xx
