The best location possible and a relatively quiet and safe place. Staff a bit indifferent - fine but not overly helpful or welcoming plus some confusion over our booking that wasn’t handled brilliantly but would still definitely stop here again

Best location!

The hotels location is perfect. And while it’s in the heart of everything it’s shockingly quiet and we slept well. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly with anything you need. We will absolutely book this property again!

Christmas shopping

The hotel is in a great location for west end, Christmas markets, China town. Requested an upgrade and we did indeed have an upgraded room. Really comfy bed. It was our anniversary and when we got back to the room we had 2 small bottles of Prosecco. Nice touch! Thank you. Wonderful 2 night stay.
