Fabulous hotel just off Leicester Square but incredibly quiet considering its location. Lovely room and bathroom. Excellent value for money considering the location. Everything is in walking distance and open late! Would definitely book again.

The rooms have a terrible mildew smell. The bed linens were never changed in a six day stay. Housekeeping never once removed ice buckets that we had to get from the bar and bring to our room ourselves. The glass in the bathroom was never cleaned or replaced.

location location location

The best hotel to access Londons main tourist attractions. We got the London City pass and there is a bus stop a block south of the hotel. Where we were able to make the most of our pass.

Our hotel was in the perfect position for what we wanted to do that weekend. Everything we wanted to do was in short walking distance. The only problem we had was we were given a disabled room which was lovely with the exception of the shower. I believe there was an issue with some of the aircons and that is why were given the room we had. The room in it self was lovely and spacious but we had to sort of shrink down under the shower and it was a hand held so there wasn't much water pressure but we made do. The staff were very friendly and we admired them for what they put up with. When we arrived Friday evening there was a gentleman being very rude to the man on the desk. I think the gentleman was under the influence of either drugs or alcohol and he was being very rude and abusive to the staff member on the desk but the staff member didn't lose his cool and remained polite but firm and in the end the rude gentleman left. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location if you want to walk everywhere. Staff are super helpful. Originally, we were given a wheelchair accessable room that was not adequate. But when we asked for another room it was arranged immediately. Breakfast was ok not super. We only ate there once.

Wonderful location and the room was much larger than anticipated. A full wardrobe and drawers were in the room along with coffee bar! Washroom was updated with excellent shower pressure. The staff were helpful and very polite.

So, the room was booked as a twin room so that would mean 2 separate single beds, they had pushed the 2 together and made a double. And then at around 5am from a room next to ours there was banging which disturbed our sleep. Apart from that the hotel was nice and well situated.

Horrible. I booked a room with air conditioning. I arrive and see two fans sitting in the room. Giving the benefit of the doubt, I turned on the AC and waited a few hours. When we left for dinner, I asked the front desk to please have our AC checked. When I returned, I asked the front desk if they had fixed the AC. They said, No, the parts were on back order. They KNEW the entire time that the room had no AC. We could not sleep at all that night. I should have minimally been told at check in that AC was not working. HORRIBLE Customer Service!
