Great stay
Really clean and super huge bed which was really comfortable stayed in a junior suite and lived the little extra touches of card and chocolates. Breakfast was delicious as well. Fab location and will definitely stay again.

Well located hotel near Theatreland. Very comfortable room on 5th floor with supersize kingsize bed . Very clean room with an en-suite shower room ( shower was very powerful & lots of hot water & towels)

Disappointing
Upon check in we discovered we had been allocated an accessible room despite not requiring or requseting one. The facilities made it impossible or uncomfortable to use the bathroom. We complained, but were told that there were no available rooms to move us to and were told to talk to Lisa , the dury manager at 7am the following morning. I spoke to Lisa and explained the issue stating that we weren't able to shower the previous evening nor the morning for breakfast. We were offereda late check out but i told her we had a car picking us up at 10.30 to take us home.

Fantastic location. If you're heading to London with people on a budget this is a great stay. Rooms are a little on the small side and unfortunately staff were incredibly rude. Not all but the 2 women when checking in were awful.

Location was excellent. Public transportation was convenient as was walking to the museums that interested us. Not a five rating due to staff’s need to be more knowledgeable to help with tourist questions.

A well located hotel for sightseeing, shopping or a theatre visit. The hotel is minutes away from trafallgar & Leicester Square & close to tube stations. The hotel was comfortable & quiet with great staff working on reception.

Walk EVERYWHERE to all the big London attractions! Lovely staff, good breakfast and the price is reasonable, given that London is outrageously expensive. Particularly convenient for theater and museum buffs, and near several underground train lines.
