We loved our stay here.

We had such a lovely stay at Tower Suites hotel. The staff are so friendly, professional and helpful. Francisca was great at reception. We got upgraded to an apartment and it made our stay extra special. The room are very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Best hotel breakfast I have ever had. It really was a very special stay at the hotel and we will be back again for sure. Thank you.

The suites are gorgeous, clean and well-equipped. The mattress could be improved though. The remote check-in process didn't quite worked and we were stuck with a passive-aggressive reception clerk who asked a myriad of data (We've never been asked so much data for a check in).

The apartments were lovely. The whole experience was great. The only problem we hsd wss with tv and mirroring our phone as yhr connection was just very slow. Except that small let down, we had an amazing stay.

Wonderful staff. Lovely rooms - modern and clean. Great location right at tower hill underground station. Very good value. Helpful to have a kitchen. Ask for a tower view. (Had a view of train tracks on first stay and into windows of an empty building on second. Third time was the charm with a tower view!). Good restaurant - excellent pastas. No bathtubs and small shower. But overall great stays!
