Great location first of all. The room was small yet comfortable. We had everything we needed for our trip. Breakfast was a continental breakfast but good spread. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
It’s a small hotel with a small reception but the booking in procedure was good and the room was ready even at 2pm. The quadruple room is fine and modern and bathroom very spacious with good shower and extractor system works unlike most hotel bathrooms . Good value for money and half the price for family of 3 staying compared to even the main budget hotels we all usually tend to use.
Even if you are a uk resident they require ID which was a surprise and luckily I was carrying my driving licence by chance . Not sure why this is necessary as never had this before at other hotels in England .
This property was a one-night stopover for us en route to Edinburgh. The location is on a lovely-looking street only steps from the train station which was perfect for us. The room was newly renovated, clean and the bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast was simple, but filling and appreciated. The only drawback is that the room is very compact. I had to put the suitcase on the bed in order to open it and the bathroom reminded me of being in a camper/caravan. This being said, the room was clean, comfortable and met all of our needs.
I like that housekeeping made the beds everyday and gave me clean towels. I tipped them well. The breakfast was fine. The hotel is near the Earl’s Court station which was very convenient.

It was a very rocky start. We got to the hotel and the elevator was out. Expedia bookings are only on the top 2 floors of the hotel (per the front desk). We had to walk up 5 flights of stairs with luggage to our room. I am 64 and my husband is 70. The room had slanted ceilings and you couldn't stand up straight. The same for the bathroom. The room was so small you had to crawl over the beds to get to the doors. The next day we complained and were given a different room on the same floor. The room was fine. However the air didn't work. It was fixed the next day. We then got a letter stating the water would be shut off for 5 hours. The hits just keep on coming. The elevator was fixed 3/4 days into trip and all went well. Needless to say we were not impressed. No one offered and rebate or discount. And, I don't understand why the staff had an issue with Expedia.
The room was so small. It’s like a match box. The carpet smell the curtain at the window was so dusty it seems like it’s been hanging for years that the color burned out i went outside at 9am for a cup Coffee when I got back the receptionist lock the door about 10 of us have to stand outside for more than 10 minutes before the reception return to open the door. I would not recommend this hotel to no one bought me and my husband allergy act up I have the spent tree out of my five nights with friends because I feel like the wall was closing in on me One thing going for this hotel, the staff was friendly

Great place for someone planning lots of activities around London.
Fantastic location, steps away from the tube. Extensive breakfast buffet is a highlight. Rooms are SMALL - you may find yourself climbing over your roommate to get to the (also small - but modern) bathroom. Nice large fluffy towels. Elevator and air conditoned building. Accommodating front desk staff. We'll be back!
