Would recommend and will stay again
Fantastic new hotel. Check in was straightforward, staff polite and friendly. Didn't eat there but the bar was good for cocktails. Only negative was although the room was ready early, a £20 charge would be made to occupy it. We declined to pay that as we were going straight out again but they did store our luggage for free so it was no big deal.

Very distant, unfriendly staff. Reception needs to work on area knowledge, couldn’t recommend a restaurant or a place to visit. Although the restaurant is a separate entity, is vey badly manage, waiters will take your order and disappear, would ask another waiter for help and they wouldn’t because it wasn’t their table, managers don’t help, they were to many of them to make a decision. Room cleaning staff, only clean in the surface, floor was not clean the whole time I was there. The grab and go bar was staffed with bodies that didn’t know how to make hot chocolate or a drip coffee; sandwich case was not always stocked. An ok hotel to stay at, but not with 5 stars for the neighborhood they’re in.

It is really a business hotel. Wonderful bed and very clean room but so tiny. If you’re on holiday and have a big suitcase, there is no place to store your clothes or luggage. Would only stay for business travel

From the moment I arrived, Andreea’s warm and attentive nature made me feel so welcome, which was especially appreciated after a long flight from the US. Not only did she ensure my dining experience was wonderful, but she also went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had with my room. Stayed here for a show in the O2. Only one tube ride away. Hotel was great, clean, bed was very comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t the best and was lukewarm, however it was only one night and was good value for money.

Great for solo travellers
The room is beautifully styled and functional. Love that they had a steamer for clothing available, it really is the little things! Unfortunately it gets quite loud in the early hours of the morning due to people moving about the corridors and the building works nearby. Overall a lovely hotel and I will definitely be back in the future!
