Seriously Needs Refreshing

I hate writing bad reviews so I’m first going to focus on the positive. The staff are amazing. Very kind and helpful. I liked them so much I couldn’t complain about the state of my room. After all, it wasn’t their fault. But the room, ick. It smelled horrible like bleach, there were stains all over the carpet, the bed was very uncomfortable, the room shook from the metro every 10 seconds, the hair dryer didn’t work, & the walls are paper thin. It was so bad I stayed one night and moved to another hotel. Again, I hate complaining and I’m this case I didn’t think another room would have been any better. My note to management: you need a refurbishing.

Perfect!

Amazing location! Stayed here for 2 nights! Reception staff were so attentive and very friendly! Couldn’t do enough for you! Hotel only a 2 minute walk from Paddington station. Room was small but perfect for what we needed! Would definitely stay again!

TCH was great

The Tudor Court Hotel (TCH) was a great place to stay. It was a block from Paddington station and a ten minute walk to Hype Park. Location is excellent for catching the Tube or Heathrow Express. Many restaurants and pubs in the area. Little Venice was a nice canal walk with bars and restaurants. The TCH was clean and had everything you need. The room was small but we only slept there so it was fine. The staff was outstanding. They are there all the time and always greeting you warmly and offering support.

I have stayed here several times, mostly because the staff are so pleasant. The hotel itself is comfortable, serviceable, and convenient. Norfolk Gardens is an added bonus.

The hotel is one in row of small hotels in a building that is about 150 years old. It is located very close to the Paddington Station, and there are many restaurants in the area and a hospital (St. Mary’s). There is no breakfast but there is a McDonald’s and a restaurant within a couple of blocks that serve breakfast. Paddington Station has direct access to connect Elizabeth Line to go to and from Heathrow Airport (less than a 7-minute walk). From this station you can catch most trains and metro to go anywhere in London, and buses pass within a block from the hotel. My room was small but very clean. To get to it I had to climb 3 sets of stairs (they have no lift), so make sure to ask for a room on lower levels if you have difficulty climbing stairs. The Reception Desk staff will help you carry the bags. Desk personnel was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Mehdi, Paul, Hakeem and Buddha. My deepest appreciation and thanks to them.

An excellent convenient little hotel

Hakeem and Mehdi in reception were excellent, changing our room to take account of the need to reduce climbing stairs, giving advice of where to eat and how to use the tube (which saved pounds!). The room was small, as you would expect but was modern, well laid out, clean and in very good condition. Perfect for our 2 night stay.

Staff is SO KIND!!!

The location was super close to the train station and all kinds of foods and stores. The staff was SO KIND. Like truly welcoming. The room was small but had everything we needed- fridge, water kettle, heater, bed, window, shower and toilet. It was very clean as well! It was exactly what we needed and we will stay there again!

The staff was very kind and cared for costumers. The room was very small but convenient, i only stayed for 1 night. 5 minutes walk to PADDINGTON Station. There is plenty of shops and food around. For food I recommend Cleopatra, within 2 minutes walk from hotel BEWARE NO ELEVATOR!, and tiny room, Not recommended if you’re carrying big luggage. Very clean, looks like they just renovated. I would stay again if i need to! I slept very well and felt safe as the hotel’s door only opens either from inside or with your card Has remote climate. Bring your own toiletries as they only offer mini 1 shampoo and 1 soap.

This place is so convenient for a trip to London. 2 mins walk from Paddington and a short distance from Hyde park. The rooms are compact but perfect for a couple of days. The staff were all really friendly, helpful and super kind. We will definitely return ☺️

This hotel was surprisingly nice to be more of a budget option. Mehdi was so awesome and helpful. The area was super convenient as it was less than a block away from the Paddington station. The room, though small, was clean and comfortable. I left my bags downstairs until checkin and when I returned, the staff had already taken them to my room. There is no elevator so if mobility is an issue, that’s something to consider. But, it was an amazing experience.
