The hotel is hidden away in a quiet, quaint, residential neighborhood, steps away from the Tube and a number of great restaurants! The rooms are spacious and cute, the staff is lovely, and the breakfast is delicious!

Stayed at the ottoman suite, all was nice and very peaceful. Room was clean and tidy, the only thing I’ve missed there was slippers as the flooring is rather cold, but generally it’s an amazing room!

Very nice property across from the square/park. Easily walkable from the Earls Court tube station. Only comment is that the room was comfortable but quite small, without much room to even put our luggage down. The price was fairly high, but standard for London. Breakfast options were better than expected.

For a 4 star hotel, the amenities were rather disappointing. No fridge, hair conditioner or slippers available. The water pressure was shockingly bad and it was almost impossible to have a shower. Breakfast was very basic. Ceiling was so low that I kept on hitting my head. Wouldn’t come back.

Nice hotel in pleasant square
Staff were helpful. I enjoyed my breakfast. My room was clean and had interesting decor. Nevern Square is cute and an easy walk from the tube. Some excellent museums are not too far away. They kindly stored my luggage on my last day.

Property was conveniently located, clean and supported by pleasant staff. Room however was cramped and suffered terribly from noise from upstairs bedroom. Just tolerable for the first two days of our stay but the third night was horrendous with the sound of creaking floorboards and voices …. it was like they were in our bedroom. Don’t know what the other rooms like but suggest room 6 is avoided.

Highly recommended near the centre of London.
We had a lovely 7 night stay here and was very happy with everything about this hotel. It was well positioned close to Earls Court station and shops, the rooms were comfortable and very clean and the beds eere warm and comfy. The breakfast was lovely and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. There are lifts to the rooms and I highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location as easy walk to the tube station. When we arrived our room door lock was broken so we had to wait downstairs for a while until we could get in, then we had a workman in the room trying to fix it for a couple of hours. He couldn’t, so we slept with suitcase against the door as we had no confidence in the lock. He returned and fixed it in the morning. We mentioned to the receptionist that the round door handles in the bathroom are a hazard to people with arthritis, like my mum who had difficulty turning it and I had to let her out from the outside. The breakfast was very good using good quality foods. We saw that the owners are making improvements to a high standard.

We had a coy but nice room on the 4th floor, which was very clean and updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is close to shops and restaurants, but far enough off the main road to be quiet.

The staff are without fault at this hotel.Always smiling and always there to help. Rooms are spotless.Breakfast is fresh.Location to public transport is easy.Local supermarkets and pharmacy are close by. Probably the only thing I missed having in my room is a small bar fridge.So convenient when travelling. But in most hotels in the U.K. this isnt a feature.
