Prime location for a spacious apartment
The apartment was clean and spacious. The communication for finding the apartment and checking in was excellent. What took the edge off the stay was that two windows in the living room wouldn’t close properly and so it was noisy.

What a wonderful apartment in a great area of London. This apartment was clean, spacious and in the perfect location for seeing the sights of London. The apartment had everything you would need for a short or long stay. Booking and check in was seamless and stress-free. The local area has plenty of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit London for business or pleasure.

The property was in great location for exploring central London with parking nearby but quite expensive. The living room where the sofa bed was situated suffered from excessive road noise. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Could not connect to the internet.

Truly the management company provided excellent service from pre-visit communication through our time in the unit. The neighborhood location offers all of the conveniences and eating establishments. We recommend the apartment as a great location to explore London.

The flat was clean and convenient to all locations we were visiting. Staff was prompt when addressing any issues that arose. The building had excellent security measures in place as well.

Like the location. 10 mins. walk to Buckingham Palace, 5 mins. to Victoria Stn. and 2 mins. to food shops, Tesco express and Sainsbury. Bathroom sliding door was not able to close and need to replace mattress in masters bdrm.

Lovely apartment but really only accommodates 4 people max. despite me saying there was 5 of us, and telling them the children’s ages, plus ringing to check there would be enough beds there is only one double bed and one double pull out bed. not enough space for two adults and three nearly teenage children sadly

Fabulous Place But Beware of Check-in Policy
This was an amazing place to stay. From the kitchette and laundry in the apartment to the spaciousness, we loved it. It was also the most comfortable bed we’ve ever slept on. It’s close by bus or walking to Buckingham Palace and theaters. But we booked it last minute while we were already in London, and it made for a headache as we had to send pictures of us with our passports, and a picture of our credit card. (It wouldn’t be as difficult if you’re doing that from home prior to your visit, but I was spending so much time proving my identity in advance that I was missing out on more sightseeing. Overall, we loved it though. There’s a post office, pubs, restaurants (even a Pret) across the street or very close by. It’s true to the photos.

Excellent location. Lots of space. Cooperative staff. Complimentary coffee and snacks. Quiet. No on site staff, but that was not a problem. The only negative is the fact that we were unaware there would be an additional cost for sofa bed sheets and blanket.

Spacious 1 bedroom apt. In good location. Lots of restaurants and 1 good grocery store close by. Large refrigerator and freezer. Small washer and dryer combined which took a long time to wash and dry but convenient to have. Not easy to find but we managed without any problem. Enjoyed our stay.

Great stay, excellent apt, good location
In general, a great stay at this apartment. Apartment furnishings were very comfortable, clean, modern, was better than the pictures show. Very close to the Victoria Tube, near her supermarkets and restaurants. Went to the Sainsberry and Tesco supermarket every day also had a great donor kebab place and fish and chips/laughing halibut nearby. Walking distance to Westminster Abby and Buckingham palace very centrally located. Only negative was they canceled my reservations a week before arrival, had to call multiple times and asked Qapt to reinstate the reservation. Was pissed n upset for a couple days but in the end got the place and worked out great. Glad we booked the apt. Good value for the apt; would stay again
