Staff were nice but the room was a bit tired looking and run down. There were a few stains and the A/C unit, fan, and television did not work properly. Hotel is nice but feels like a sketchy area

Great location

Really helpful staff, lovely clean comfortable room. Bit noisy from the street, but we are in London so cannot expect Silence. Great location for the tube

Our stay was fantastic! The location couldn’t have been better – less than 100 meters from the station. Check-in was quick and easy, and they were kind enough to let us leave our bags the next day while we went shopping. We booked this stay after a trip to Wembley and it was absolutely perfect. The room was lovely – far nicer than we expected for the price we paid. Great value and highly recommended!

This was a nice little hotel close to a tube station and the Westfield mall. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and made the check in process easy. There was some construction while we stayed which created some noise and disturbance but was in the process of being completed

i like that its close to a underground and overground station, westfield london and a walking distance to notting hill. not fan of the AC temp as its not consistent with air flow, shower head is not working properly

This property has gone downhill since I last stayed in 2019. There were stains EVERYWHERE. On the curtain, on the bed runner, the carpet. There were brown stains on the grout in the bathroom and the bathroom hardware was rusted. The towels were haphazardly thrown on the bed and they were a dingy light grey color. It was obvious the towels were originally white. Even the key card had stains on it and looked like it's been through better days. I looked at a total of 3 rooms and they were all in the same condition. I could not book another hotel fast enough!

Handy little place.

Stayed before and the staff were just as pleasant last time as this. Steep steps over four floors make it not great for people with mobility issues but this wasn’t any trouble for us. Clean room and bathroom. Small, quiet fridge in the room. Complimentary water and tea/coffee. Excellent location for Shepherd’s Bush tube and overground. Westfield shopping centre with good amount of restaurants a two minute walk around the corner.

Would definitely book W12 Rooms again. Very friendly staff and quick service. Room was lovely and the bed was so comfortable. There’s a shop literally next door for all groceries, etc The tube is just across the road so it was perfect location for us going to Wembley to see Oasis. Thank you!

Decent stay

The hotel was very well situated for transport links as it is a two minute walk from Shepherds Bush Underground, a five minute walk from the overground and an eight minute walk to Shepherds Bush Market overground. 15 minutes on the train has you in central London. There are plenty good eating places nearby, there is a massive shopping mall around the corner, and it is only a 20 minute walk to the excellent Melody Whisky Bar. The hotel itself is clean and tidy and the staff are friendly. The aircon was welcome in the heatwave when we visited keeping the room at a comfortable and cool temperature. The room is very compact so don’t bring your cat if you intend to swing it, but it is fine for a place to sleep. The mini fridge was also useful to keep some ice cold water to hydrate and cool down in the heat. The one negative is that the area around the hotel is very noisy at night and the windows provide little to no soundproofing. This did result in some disturbed sleep as we stayed over the weekend when it was particularly busy and noisy. Triple glazed windows might be a good upgrade for the hotel (perhaps that is the reason it is wrapped in scaffolding).
